They kept me updated, answered any questions I had, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. Their effort and professionalism made me feel genuinely valued as a buyer.<br><br>I would not hesitate to use Paul Carr again and, more importantly, they would be my first choice if I was selling a property. 21st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Rented a mould infested property with EPC rating E and it was so cold and energy consuming yet they increased the rent not minding what we were going through. When we complained, they took zero responsibility and Emma blamed our breathing for the mould. We moved out and they requested part of our deposit(still contesting that with DPS) even when we caused zero damage to the property. They are simply unsympathetic and all they care about is money. I genuinely feel for whoever will rent the property I left because they usually use paint to cover the mould and you won’t notice till you start living in the house. Please check the EPC rating of their property you want to rent and completely AVOID D AND E!<br><br>EDIT: DPS gave them nothing and returned all my deposit to me. After investigation, they saw it was pure fraudulent exploitation to ask for part of my deposit for black spots in a mould house I didn’t cause.

Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.

Green's were far better in this respect and generally responded to our messages promptly, with just the odd lapse. The whole process was quite easy, from our initial approach to the marketing and the actual sale.

22nd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. Didn’t always respond to emails and phone calls. Had viewings but they didn’t seem to follow through with due diligence. Poor customer service. Changed agents after 6 months with them and sold within 2 weeks.
