8th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Awful place for letting, I wouldn’t even consider buying a place from them.<br>They lie to you, and only show you the best part during viewing. I saw things I didn’t see during the viewing when I moved in. Wasn’t told the full information.<br><br>And when moving in, they failed to let the accommodation know I was moving in. And when problems occur in the building, they don’t do anything.<br>If you’re thinking of moving into Vox Living, DON’T

11th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)I have always received a solid service from this Dixons, other estate agents in the area have made me feel like I'm just a number and the service has been consistently poor but Dixons I've had a few dealings with now have always been good.<br>Shout out to branch manager Darren, he hands down has been the best part of Dixons, he always gets stuff done and is honest in his approach, he clearly directs his staff well as most interactions I've had have been brilliant

Tom worked very hard to get everything done quickly for us, and made sure to explain things to us as we are first time buyers. Great experience and we would use LV if we need to sell or buy again!

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. Thanks again!
8th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)The first question asked about the lease Wilkins couldn’t answer, I was giving the potential buyer most of the information.the property was for sale with no chain and some of the buyers had no chain, this went on for over a year. It constantly fell through. I ended up pay thousands in solicitors fees and lease pack fees. Due to the inexperience of the work force of Wilkins estate agents I got no where. To give you an example one of the staff never knew what a lease was. I moved to another estate agent in Tamworth and they provided the goods
