28th May 2026 (16 days ago)Thank you Morgan for handling our sale and purchase. It has been a long process however Morgan has been very helpful and supportive throughout. We would have given 5 stars, however, during the process relating to a red ash survey when the report from the expert was interpreted differently by someone else at/on behalf of Heywoods that said we had red ash; when we did not. This led to some worrying and doubts for us, but this was overcome in time. Thanks again Morgan :) Sam and Paul

As a person who has never sold a property they made it a much smoother process than I had imagined. A special shout out to Lola who constantly went the extra mile to help us, always there when I had any questions and very quick to get a response for me when needed. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish. A special mention goes to Ben Colloff, Sales Negotiator, who went above and beyond for us. He was friendly, professional, smiley and always at the end of the phone whenever we needed advice or reassurance. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommend having Ben as your contact. We would also like to thank Vicki Ridley, Sales Progressor, who was absolutely amazing. She kept us informed every step of the way, was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving. We genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her support and guidance throughout the process.
