14th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)I decided to move to probate properties from your move after 9 months of waiting from another high street estate agent. Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent

Going above and beyond.<br>I will not bore you with details but they supported me throughout. Quick response, Excellent advice, chasing up solicitors. ??Estate agents get a bad reputation . This team should not excellent. I can honestly say worth every single penny..Thankyou.

They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. Thank you to you both!
17th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Unfortunately i feel obligated to write this review to warn future potential renters about the issues i faced with Dwell at the end of my tenancy. I rented a flat through Dwell for just over a year. Nothing was raised with me at check-out, and the check-out report their own inspector completed recorded every section of the property, including cleanliness and the mattress, as unchanged from the check-in inventory, with no deductions noted.<br><br>Despite that, I was later billed for cleaning and a mattress nearly two months after leaving. When I declined, I was told I'd agreed to pay on a phone call I have no record of. I disputed the charges through Reposit, submitted both inspection reports, and an independent adjudicator found in my favour, I owed nothing.<br><br>My advice to anyone renting through Dwell: keep your check-in inventory and check-out report, and read them carefully. If charges are raised that the reports don't support, you're entitled to dispute them.
30th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)We sold our flat within 2 days via Furnell , Ben was great in setting up the sale , solid advertising and a very competitive price for there services.<br>The star of the show in there team was Emma who coordinated the sale with our buyer , we received regular updates and Emma was really good at chasing up both solicitors, Emma your a star and this service really makes the Furnell agency stand out ahead of the crowed in the area .<br>It’s excellent customer service , and having moved and sold several times it’s the easiest we have ever had .<br>Ps the local Agent we bought from never contacted us through out the process and was very uncaring.<br>A Big thanks to Furnells . Well done guys .

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe.
