It can be such a stressful time but for us we were kept informed throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. He quickly created an excellent teaser video to provide to potential buyers in his existing network which showed off the house very well. Our sale did not proceed but I would not hesitate to recommend him based on our experience.
