George and his team at the Oakwood branch were fabulous. Their knowledge and guidance throughout the whole process of valuing and selling a property made it easy, straight forward and seamless. We decided to use the auction route via IamSold mainly due to the speed and simplicity of the process. It also turns out it's cheaper than the traditional sale method and less likely to fall through at the last minute. The property was set live to auction on 11th May 2026 and the sale completed on 13th July 2026 - WOW 2 months and £28k more than we expected - what a bonus. I would highly recommend anyone selling a property explores this route and with George and Joanne's guidance and speedy updates you will know exactly what is going on at any point through the sale process.
