Emma my Estate Agent came round and looked at the property on a Saturday morning and said that she would do some research and get back to me with a price. Later that afternoon she emailed me with a valuation for.the house. Unlike a previous Estate Agent there were no frills or glossy brochures of other properties thay had for sale and I wasnt overloaded with lots of information. There were a few issues surrounding the construction of the house but that didn't fase the agents. They have been very good at letting me know when I had a viewing and passed on the feedback they were given afterwards. They have been at the other end of the phone if needed or any emails I sent were promptly replied to.... Read more
