As soon as we met Alex at the first viewing he was positive, friendly, incredibly helpful and flexible on viewing timings ( which is really appreciated ). He went above and beyond throughout the process and was a real help whenever we had a question or needed anything. Tash has also been fantastic throughout the buying process. She has been incredibly helpful, approachable and quick to respond, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful time. The whole team have been brilliant from start to finish. Their communication has been excellent, they’ve always kept us informed, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
