Keen to start with and good at supplying statistics, but slow to respond to emails and some emails not replied to. Telephone communication was good and received feed back after all viewings expect final viewing. Unable to convert high percentage of interest into viewings. Not all that impressed with professional photographer who didn't take pictures of some rooms, which we had to take ourselves. Didn't receive copy of printed brochure until contract was coming to an end and didn't receive copy of video.... Read more
