Corrabeth did a great job organising viewings, ensuring her colleagues did everything neccesary so as many people as possible viewed our property. She also coped with the difficult situation of dealing with two people who are divorced and do not alwayd share the same views.
Negotiations with our buyer were handled by Abigail who was very efficient and I have faith in her completing the sale.

Our journey to selling our home began with a phone call. We had received a flyer in the post the day we very had the conversation that the time to move had come. I spoke with Corrabeth and a home visit was arranged. I warmed to her immediately; she was reassuring and insightful. I am sure all home owners think that their home is special - we do/did. I knew at that meeting that we and our home would be safe in her hands. The process to getting on the market was made easier by a fool proof online form and always the back up of an email or a call if we weren't sure. The day we had the photographs done couldn't have been nicer, the sun shone and Sam did a brilliant job. In the office Abi and Samuel were helpful and diligent - missed calls are never an issue as they clearly recognise the value of multiple communication threads. Viewing ran like clockwork and the weekend team of Katherine and David meant that we could be away and not miss opportunities. Truly we have been delighted by the service Nock Deighton has provided; Corrabeth and the team really delivered and unusually I will miss them when the selling is over.
