Good service, good local knowledge, extremely helpful
Very disappointing so far. My daughter rents a or operate from them and nothing was checked prior to moving in. Carpets weren't cleaned which we've now find ourselves. Fridge not working and had to wait weeks for a pathetic replacement which took weeks and not full size. Knowing she has a small baby yo care for, she's wAsted money due to food going off and unable to store baby food. Only been a couple of months. If you want to rent out your property go somewhere else!
We are very impresed with the service we received from the Savills Lincoln team - and specifically from Rupert (Roo) Fisher in the sale of our property.
Having obtained valuations of our property from several agents it was an easy decision to choose Savills to market our property. This decision was primarily based on our interaction with Roo Fisher and how his professional manner inspired our confidence in him and Savills as an organisation that he represented.
We really appreciated the fact that Roo was our key contact throughout the process. He was readily available at all times, communicated well and clearly took personal responsibility for the sale. He was comsistemtly professional, yet friendly, in his approach to the sale.
Due to circumstances beyond Savills control, the sale was rather protracted. Nonetheless we had regular personal updates from Roo and advice about new marketing strategies and help in facilitating barriers to the sale.
We greatly appreciated the clarity and responsiveness of communication from the entire Savills Lincoln team at all times - both by phone and by emai. Phone calls/answerphone messages were nearly always followed up by a confirmation email.
What really impressed us was the fact that the entire Savills Lincoln team seemed to really know about us the property and our personal circumstances, even through we did not have the opportunity to meet them all in person, and that they genuinely had a real interest and concern in acting on our behalf.
The impression we gained of how the Savills team in Lincoln function is that of a very professional, courteous, harmonious and cohesive team. They take real pride in their work and, while the sale of a house is a business transaction, they made it a very positive interactive experience for us as clients.

I recently had to deal with Savills whilst buying a property and was very disappointed with the service received. Michelle was very dismissive and her main concern seemed to be how much money I have in my account and whether I would earn her the commission or not. Won't be dealing with this company anymore.

Really poor, must have been one of first to contact about a property they listed but have somehow allowed several other people to have a viewing first, and told me not allowing any more viewings as they fully expect one of those to be interested, so not even given us a chance to be interested, how bizarre!
