It was a particularly complicated move which had lots of challenges and she was so lovely from start to finish!<br><br>Izzy was always approachable, friendly and proactive. We could always rely on her to follow up on matters and find answers for us quickly!<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

At no time were we put under pressure during the process.

27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Viewed a number of houses with a number of different agents and Scott at Sharman Burgess was by far and away the best we dealt with. Not knowing the area too well we were reliant on his expertise and knowledge. Our purchase ended up going through in just 8 weeks. Scott or Chris always came<br>back to me with an update when I asked for one. It was a very smooth and easy process and I would happily recommend them and will be using them for sure when we come to sell. Thanks guys

Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.
