   My wife and I purchased a property in Horncastle advertised with Brown & Co Lincoln, the experience throughout the purchase was excellent. Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it.    I would like to take a moment to give a huge thank you to David for the absolutely brilliant service he provided during the viewing of the property. Honestly, it was the best viewing experience ever! David went above and beyond by even returning to the property so that my husband could view it too. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January.
