Throughout the whole process he kept me posted and explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond as I'm sure a lot of the times he was calling me were way past his home time. Got my keys today and look forward to renegotiating in five years.

From the beginning, the team were professional, approachable and extremely helpful. Buying a property is a stressful process, but they were always available to answer questions, provide updates and keep everything moving in the right direction. A special thank you to Tanya, who was outstanding throughout. She was very professional, straight to the point and clearly focused on getting things done properly with no messing about. She was proactive, knowledgeable and always willing to help resolve any issues and keep the purchase progressing. Her communication was excellent and she made sure I always knew what was happening at each stage. Honey was also helpful, both during my property viewings and anytime I called the office. She was friendly and professional. Thanks to their professionalism, support and dedication, the purchase was a far more positive and manageable experience than I had expected. 3rd Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)We put our property on the market lasy year with RA Bennett & Partners in Dursley, after trying a Thornbury agent. We had viewings with both, but had an offer very quickly with RA Bennetts. The buyers were dedicated and stayed with what turned out to be a long & protracted sale of 8 months. The property itself was a grade 2 listed apartment. We were grateful & pleased that this agent kept us informed throughout & liaised with our buyers. The property was a special spacious & unique home that has a lovely feel with period features, given the age of it approx 400 years old. Our buyers saw the same as we did when we purchased it, and this agent market the property perfectly. Thank you to our agent who held our hand through the sale! We not only sold our house through them at full asking price in around 2 weeks, they were also able to recommend a property on their books to us that was exactly what we were looking for. At every stage of the process we have been kept up to date, had things clearly explained and felt like everything was under control. From having our home valued with Liam, through to having viewings with Seamus and to the move management side with Emily we have been really impressed and grateful for the service provided. Lisa Stiff visited and was very warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Lisa was able to provide me with an estimated price, inform me of the additional costs of selling a property and predicted time scales based on the current market. I would recommend Taylors, a very professional service.

We had a lot of negotiation due to some additional land being purchased alongside the property but we were kept informed throughout and this resulted in a smooth and swift sale, receiving the keys just months later. He was incredibly positive about my property, particularly the recent renovations. Although my initial asking price was high, James was happy to give it a go and the professional photos and video marketing were outstanding. When I became concerned about the timeline and price, James provided honest, expert advice to adjust the listing. We found a buyer shortly after, leading to a successful completion in mid-April. The entire team was professional, supportive, and kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommended!

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

13th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Edited to reply: I'm sorry Andrew but I haven't had anyone visit about the mould previously you must be referring to previous tenants. I have only ever had visits for radiator issues, a broken cupboard door and the routine inspections. I have never actually been at home for an inspection either. I have also had no email contact with you, only Amy and Luka whereby I am lucky if they respond without me double emailing them. A contractor did visit on the weekend and said there are numerous issues that should have been addressed a long time ago. Can I also ask, if you were aware there were mould issues a long time ago why this has never been mentioned and why was there such a delay in rectifying the problem?I can assure you that any 'poor ventilation' is through no fault of our own given that we purchased a dehumidifier, keep the radiator on every day and have the bathroom window open constantly. Currently a tenant and the communication is horrendous. I have been chasing up a mould issue for over 2 months and I'm lucky to get a response let alone someone be sent out. I've had to contact environmental health as my emails are often ignored. Such a shame as they were initially super helpful when moving in. I'd personally avoid.
