Avoid at all costs. These people tactics are really low. They contact landlords in the area & filling their heads with BS & disinformation on current market prices in the hope of bringing new tenant for a commission! My Landlord raised my rent due to these clowns feedback to him...they didn't even had any benefits from this!
Edit: The person responding to these reviews must be really slow-witted... Show me where did I say I've rented my property from your agency? I was simply referring to your low tactics contacting landlords in the area! Even further, where did you read my name to claim that you have no record for it lol Just talking out of your a$$? don't you? It's just another indication of lies and bad practice of your work ethics...typical sales men.

I had some dealings with Sam and Jonathan with regard to the sale of a flat.They were the best agents I have ever dealt with: very knowledgeable about the market and the conveyancing process, attentive and always kept me informed of developments. They were willing to go the extra mile and were extremely hard-working and determined to do the best for the client. I particularly liked the fact that they were able to think outside of the box and were supportive and calming during stressful patches. Alexanders' terms are fair and reasonable with no horrible hidden catches and this firm is a credit to the estate agency business. I thoroughly recommend them. Thank you very much Sam and Jonathan.

We are currently renting a flat that was found through Alexanders. They (Sam in particular) made the process very simple and kept me informed throughout, and they were very patient with us when we had delays caused by another estate agent.
My only complaint is the inability to sign digitally, especially for guarantors who had to travel a significant distance to sign. If we could have used DocuSign or similar for the guarantors, that would have been very helpful!

Alexanders helped us completed a flat purchase in a timely and professional manner. Our agent Paul Greene was extremely helpful, he was there to guide us on every step from arranging the first viewing to connecting all the parties during the legal process. We were able to complete in time within the stamp duty holiday. Thank you.

Alexanders handled the sale of my newly purchased apartment. Paul Greene was very responsive in keeping all parties well informed through the process, which is a skill in itself to keep everyone on track to a closing. He was a calming voice when the usual issues arose during the sales process and made the whole process stress free. I would highly recommend.

We had to find a new flat to rent in the area at short notice. Sam was really helpful and great when it came to viewings, negotiations with the landlord and our requests. He was also an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout.
Generally also found Alexanders more professional to deal with than previous agencies we have rented through.

My flat had been on the market for a year and a half before I put it up with Alexanders. Paul sold it for me two weeks before lockdown. We had only had it on at Alexanders a couple of months. He is a solid, persistent, experienced and loyal agent.

From the moment we walked through the door of Alexanders looking to rent a flat temporarily I noted the obviously above average service we were given. The staff were solicitous, understanding, patient and very professional throughout. We were inspecting suitable properties within an hour of our first visit. Based on this experience, particularly when compared to the other agents we visited at the same time in the area (I think we visited most of them in West Hampstead during this process), I opted to appoint Alexanders as the sole agent for the sale of my flat. This was the best decision I could have made as things turned out. Both I, as the seller, and the buyer (who regretted not having chosen Alexanders once it became clear how efficient they were compared to their agent), were immensely impressed with the personal service, advice and expertise Alexanders showed throughout the sale. As I live overseas and could not be present throughout the process, I relied on Alexanders not only to find a buyer and complete the sale but also to handle oversight of the renovation and cleaning of the flat before it went on the market. This was service above and beyond that which we contracted for, and the results were entirely satisfactory. I unreservedly recommend Alexanders as an agent. They are simply the best. Heartfelt thanks to Reuben and his team for turning what could well have been a traumatic and fraught train wreck in less capable hands into a calm, professional, profitable and ultimately highly rewarding experience.

I've used Alexanders as an estate agent for a flat purchase, and then letting it and finally selling it. They've been great every time. Reuben is brilliant to deal with, organised, up-front and honest. We chose to return to them when we sold because we'd been so impressed with the way they'd dealt with us when we bought the flat. Really recommended (and the photographer they use will make your home look really fab!).
