I have been house hunting as a first time buyer and have really enjoyed working with Natalia. Zoe, the sales negotiator was first class. I called in a state of despair and I felt the conversation with hope, properties to view and a restored view of estate agents and general human decency. Zoe was kind, empathic and professional and the properties she suggest I view were perfectly pitched. She was prompt and organised and communicated a love for her work to find people the best solution for them, that made me feel confident in her and also good about myself. Although I didn’t find the property through you this time - I would definitely come back and ask for Zoe specifically. Promote her. Look after her. People like her don’t come around very often.

My experience was very positive from the word go, the team worked hard on viewings & all were carried out in a timely and professional manner.
Jamil went the extra mile on my sale with myself & the buyer, taking time to answer all questions, on every viewing I got feedback within the hour.

We have been letting from Chelsea Square and we faced some tenancy issues at the beginning with our hot water in our property. As a newly wed couple, finding the right property was absolutely crucial. It is safe to say Chelsea Square has made us extremely happy. They have produced an outstanding property, highly suitable for us and the perfect place to call home. Experiences with estate agents can vary, and house viewing are often very daunting. But i am pleased to share the brilliant encounter we had with Mr Cesar Coelho. This young man is a credit to his company, he is very professional and has a great deal of knowledge within his role, he has great people skills and really knows how to display the assist of a property. We felt assured that we were in safe hands, he was genuine and knew exactly what he was talking about, his proficiency and politeness was exemplary, he truly went the extra mile.

Worst estate agency in London.
The agents might be nice to landlords, but not if you have the misfortune of being their tenant. (I was their tenant for about 7 months and just moved out of one of their properties. I was always on time with the rent and I left the property using my break clause. Don't believe them if they respond to this comment saying I'm not in their system like they've done to other posters!!!!)
They were rude and unresponsive when I needed repairs done, which ultimately forced me to end my tenancy with them early.
After I gave in my notice, they badgered me for access to the property while I was on holiday abroad (something which I informed them of!)
It was even a struggle to hand in my keys at the very end, as they sent me to their office which was closed before the end of their opening hours. They also didn't even have my property inventory, and I had to send it to them in order to expedite my property check out. So unprofessional!!!
Renters, do yourselves a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The agent, Cesar, was very good and helpful with showing and securing the property for us. The process of application was also handled quickly so really pleased.
A couple of points to make however, the contract was not signed fully by the landlord, and a name spelling mistake has not yet been rectified even though we have asked to change it the same day it was given. This sort of thing should be dealt with immediately. We have also asked the agency to fix a bathroom tap in the property but no response has been given yet after 2 days... I'm sure they are just really busy but we'd hate it if our initial positive experience was ruined by these smaller mishaps.

WORST agency ever - rude and arrogant staff, was met outside my property by Mr Mario Demetriou, he attempted to intimidate and threaten me so I would not enter the property again. Also received harassing unwarranted phone calls from the staff at Chelsea Square and also from the Landlord even though I had never met him/her before and never have permission for my contact details to be shared. This is without doubt the worst experience I have ever had. Disgusting company, disgusting staff, disgusting attitude. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

When I had asked him questions he didn't know the answers to he refused to answer them then when I had asked to speak to the manger he refused until I said I want my deposit back. When finally I get a manger to deal with me she makes the whole letting process extremely difficult asking for reallly personal information which HMRC or even the bank don't ask for. After providing 2 separate Garantours which still wasn't enough and after wasting over a week I finally had enough and asked for my holding deposit back and they manger told me she's was doing me a favour by letting the flat out to me And refused to give me deposit back.
Would not recomed these guys to anyone. If you are a land lord/lady your wasting your money and time by using Chelsea square and letting them mange your property

We went through Chelsea Square to let one of our properties in West Hampstead. We dealt with Charlotte Adams, she was extremely knowledgeable and let our property out for full asking price within 4 days of putting it on the market. I would highly recommend Charlotte!

Our landlord unfortunately used Chelsea Square and every time we contacted them about anything wrong with the flat to be sorted out they would bluntly refer us back to our landlord. They also charged high fees at the beginning of the tenancy for basic reference/credit checks.
When we were moving out they showed people through the flat without telling us they were coming once. My husband was at home and they didn't even knock, just opened the door and came through with people.
I contacted them after we moved out after our landlord emailed them to say that they should release our deposit, the woman on the phone was so rude to me when I simply asked when the transfer would be made. Again I had to contact our landlord who had to contact them again. Every time we contacted them about anything, our landlord would have to chase them on our behalf to actually do what we initially asked.
We have just bought a flat in the area and we will NEVER use Chelsea Square when it comes time to sell our flat. Really, really bad and rude customer service for no reason at all. Perhaps they're nice if you're selling, not if you have the misfortune to be a tenant whose landlord uses them.

I've used several agent in the area in the past and never been that impressed. Chelsea Square have been a "breath of fresh air". They took the time to listen and found amazing tenants for me. There fees were slightly higher than other agencies but well worth the money. Charlotte and her team really went out of there way to help me... I'll definitely be back.

If you are a landload is good because you are safe, but if you want to rent a house they drain you everything is never ok.. If you want to rent a house go to different agencies not this one!

I am a landlord and have been letting my flat for several years. My main contact is Ray Jacobs and it is always a pleasure to work with him. He is always super helpful and practical. You can tell straight away that this company is about honest business and taking care of their customers, unlike most other agents that I’ve met. At Chelsea Square they are more interested in establishing a long-term relationship with you than to just say anything to make some quick money. I totally recommend them.
