REALLY REALLY RUDE STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would honestly say, if you wanna rent a flat, AVOID THEM! If anything happens in the house, say sth went wrong. Instead of trying to fix it for you, they would try their very best TO PIN THIS ON YOU. I've lived there for a year, and communication with them made me feel like talking to auto-reply robots, yet horribly programmed. Instead of using any common sense, they would follow their so called system to maximize their own profit. In my opinion, they made their living by debating with their customers instead of trying to serve. Totally not trust worthy, be away from them.

Renters beware- Do NOT rent from them. Nothing but bad experiences. Extremely rude. Takes weeks to fix anything. Led me to become extremely extremely frustrated. I have never had such a bad experience as a renter in London. They will undoubtedly comment on this saying that "the records show everything was dealt with in a timely manner". This is simply untrue. Did not have hot water or heat for a cumulative month over the course of a year.

If you want to rent a place, I would avoid them like the plague. They promise a lot but once you signed, they are not very effective to say the least! I just wanted to add they were fined £150 by the property ombudsman. I can print the email if you want Tom (so rude and condescending).

I rented my property through Alexanders in Ivor Place and their service was highly professional, extremely pleasant and personal. They found an excellent tenant for me and helped with furnishing the flat and dealing with many issues while I was away, even though they were not managing my property! The team are exceptionally honest, caring and down to earth. Thank you and well done A+++

From the moment we walked through the door of Alexanders looking to rent a flat temporarily I noted the obviously above average service we were given. The staff were solicitous, understanding, patient and very professional throughout. We were inspecting suitable properties within an hour of our first visit. Based on this experience, particularly when compared to the other agents we visited at the same time in the area (I think we visited most of them in West Hampstead during this process), I opted to appoint Alexanders as the sole agent for the sale of my flat. This was the best decision I could have made as things turned out. Both I, as the seller, and the buyer (who regretted not having chosen Alexanders once it became clear how efficient they were compared to their agent), were immensely impressed with the personal service, advice and expertise Alexanders showed throughout the sale. As I live overseas and could not be present throughout the process, I relied on Alexanders not only to find a buyer and complete the sale but also to handle oversight of the renovation and cleaning of the flat before it went on the market. This was service above and beyond that which we contracted for, and the results were entirely satisfactory. I unreservedly recommend Alexanders as an agent. They are simply the best. Heartfelt thanks to Reuben and his team for turning what could well have been a traumatic and fraught train wreck in less capable hands into a calm, professional, profitable and ultimately highly rewarding experience.

I've used Alexanders as an estate agent for a flat purchase, and then letting it and finally selling it. They've been great every time. Reuben is brilliant to deal with, organised, up-front and honest. We chose to return to them when we sold because we'd been so impressed with the way they'd dealt with us when we bought the flat. Really recommended (and the photographer they use will make your home look really fab!).
