Would never use them again, horrible communication, attitude and service. Information was never passed to us and had to chase on multiple occasions, culminating in sellers refusing to hand over keys whilst Miles and Barr staff watched on despite calling us earlier that day to hand the keys over advising which we weren't the legal owners which was odd as our keys were handed in minutes later. After handing our keys in to them they simply watched a seller refuse to pass us keys after funds had cleared and hour earlier. Ridiculous company no backbone... Read more
