Not a completely awful experience. But despite explaining at the valuation that they worked for us and not the buyer, they seemed to be more interested in the buyers needs than ours, trying to get us to accept rubbish offers. In the end, we didn’t listen to them and got a better deal because of it. They also were constant with communication, which could be helpful except they updated us with essentially no update.
However, they were quick in listing and had a great online set up with photos etc and were on target with initial valuation.
Definitely feels like part of a big firm now, which has it’s benefits and drawbacks.

Did sell a property that had proven difficult to sell for various reasons which we appreciated. Are the Deal agent for selling properties. They do know their job in that respect

Difficult to be sure but we have the impression that the house was shown to viewers with, we guess, not much effort at selling. Feedback on viewings had to be extracted by phone call and was usually minimal. Lots of viewings but not a single offer!

Fran showed us around a house this week and she was incredible. I was viewing on my own with two small children and she accommodated us fantastically and kept my eldest entertained so I could focus on the property. She was incredibly caring and no questions were too much to ask.
