we have just exchanged on our in laws house in birchington.. Without Miles and barr sales progressor i don’t think it would have happened.
Debbie went that extra mile working tirelessly and out of hours to ensure the exchange happened. We are very thankful to her and the team.

It was a traumatic time after the death of my father, and the team at Miles & Barr couldn't have been more helpful. We felt from the first meeting with Scott Roberts that we could leave the sale process in his capable hands. We had to get back home to Australia after six weeks, and after we got home the Miles & Barr team made sure we were constantly informed about what was happening with the sale.

Excellent communication and professionalism by all staff. Seem to genuinely care and have the best interests of the client at heart. They have been incredibly caring and considerate when dealing with my elderly mother who is selling the property. Kept up to date on viewings and feedback well. Thoroughly recommend Folkestone branch, notably Kayleigh, Sam and John.

The whole team at Miles & Barr have been fantastic from the start. Always quick to respond, professional and reliable. I completed my purchase just 10 weeks after my first viewing with the help of Shelley Webster, and Callum and Alice from the Deal branch were also superstars!

We went on the market at a difficult time with a large property and continual interest rate rises. Not many properties were selling.
We received a lot of advice on pricing, some of which was difficult to accept but our agent was up to date with market conditions.
We achieved a sale on the very last day of our sales contract and the team worked on our behalf until the very last minute. They biased well with other agents in the chain and came through for us.

They would not sign us up until we had paid them £303.00 for their solicitors and £199.00 for photos and I think it was a further £60.00 for money laundering. Four viewings in 23 weeks. No weekly phone update as promised, we had to chase them. When we gave them 2 weeks notice, they didn't even
acknowledge the email until the last day of the 2 week period. The branch manager even had the cheek to tell us he did not rate the area we lived in. Diabolical service!
