Quick to sign us up, then we had to chase them to get the details and photos sorted. This meant we missed the window we had agreed for getting our house on the market. They were only interested in getting their (sizeable) fee and not in achieving a fair price for us. I would not use them again or recommend them.

Do not rent from these people they promise you the earth before you pay them and then once you do they go back on everything
Once your in your rented property it's a nightmare to get anything done and also their rental properties are well over priced

Terrible communication late for appointments didn’t listen arranged viewings that were not buyers eventually sold our house but charged the buyers for terrible mortgage advice which delays the sale and nearly cost us our new house would never use them again for anything

Christina was brilliant at helping me find my first home, she was really helpful and always available to answer any questions or to arrange another viewing. I also viewed properties with 4 other estate agents in Peterborough and Christina was the only one to actually ask more questions about what I was looking for and to show me more properties than just the one I'd requested to view through zoopla, and I ended up buying one that I hadn't considered online thanks to her help.
