No communication, failed to turn up for the two viewings they had arranged and told the estate agent of the property we are buying that our purchase had pulled out before they told us. This one full week after they were informed about the loss of sale costing us the price of a survey. Very poor.

We highly recommend Faversham Connells. We have had such a lovely experience with everyone from the faversham team. Especially Kieran, Roger and Tracey. The three of them made the process of buying our first home so much easier and if we had any questions they were always on the end of the phone. They would explain everything to us both in a way which we could understand. We could not recommend them enough.

My contact with Connells throughout our purchase was always timely, helpful and informative. We had a particularly tricky transaction that has taken almost a year to complete and special thanks must go to the sales progressor, Tracey Keithson, who went above and beyond to help us chase people in all parts of the chain and help solve the many problems we encountered. I had never appreciated how important this role was, but I don't think the transaction would have completed had it not been for Tracey.

I want to thank Tracey, Kieren and the rest of the Connells team for all the hard work that they have done to help me complete my purchase. Tracey was exceptional in assisting with any queries that I had and helping push the process forward when things threatened to slow down or get stuck. Kieren was great in keeping me up to date on any new properties that fit my requirements and as soon as I found the one got me straight in there to see it. 100% would recommend Connells to anyone looking to purchase a property.

I used Joe for my mortgage. He was the only person who managed to find me a mortgage that allowed me to find a house in budget that met my needs. He explained things to me when needed and kept me updated along the way. The New Home hamper was a lovely personal touch. I would certainly recommend.

Excellent service from Connells. Kieran from the Faversham branch was great during the viewing process on our house, keeping us updated consistently. When we accepted an offer, Tracey Keithson helped to push the sale through quickly and smoothly. She also maintained excellent communication and was always at the end of the phone if any issues arose. It was such a reassurance having that help.
We would recommend Connells as an estate agent to anyone.

Both the Faversham and Ashford branch of Connells have been fantastic in handling the sale of my sisters house. Faversham who handled the sale and found a buyer with in a week and for follow up communications, Fiona Kilgour has been particularly supportive and informative. Tracey (Sales Progressor) from Ashford Branch was also a great support in helping to move things on particularly with the solicitors. Connells have been incredible from start to finish with my house sale. Tracey Keithson has gone over and above handling my case. She has kept me updated along the way and has been there when the stress got too much, I just can't praise her enough. I would highly recommend the Faversham branch, we had a very positive experience recently buying our house even though we had a very complicated sale, we heavily replied on everyone at Connells to push it through and get it past the line. Unlike any other party involved in our sale and purchase, Connells was always available by phone and very responsive to emails. It didn't matter who picked up the phone as we got to know everyone in the office and they made sure they were up to date on our case so we didn't have to repeat ourselves which sounds minor but it really did make a difference after months of the process being drawn out. Special mention to Tazzy who was with us every step of the way from the viewing straight through to sharing the news that we had completed on the sale, it was a pleasure throughout to speak with her. I wouldn't hesitate to use William and the team at Connells if we ever come to sell our property.

Connells quickly found a buyer for the property in the recent property boom that ended in June. One star deducted because of the awful service from the solicitors they recommended. Having said that, Connells went above and beyond to help mitigate the delays caused by the solicitors, and Sharon and Tazzmin in particular were sympathetic and helpful.

????AVOID????. Connells Faversham is full of lies. And need a lot of training. We tried to end our contract with them and move the house elsewhere to sell, but we were stuck in a 28-day contract. In these 28 days, people were asking about the property and they were telling people we had taken it off the market there for losing buy buyers. I know this as one of these people was a friend of mine. I formal complaint has been raised and legal action will be taken. They should be ashamed of themselves
