I would highly recommend the Faversham branch, we had a very positive experience recently buying our house even though we had a very complicated sale, we heavily replied on everyone at Connells to push it through and get it past the line. Unlike any other party involved in our sale and purchase, Connells was always available by phone and very responsive to emails. It didn't matter who picked up the phone as we got to know everyone in the office and they made sure they were up to date on our case so we didn't have to repeat ourselves which sounds minor but it really did make a difference after months of the process being drawn out. Special mention to Tazzy who was with us every step of the way from the viewing straight through to sharing the news that we had completed on the sale, it was a pleasure throughout to speak with her. Connells quickly found a buyer for the property in the recent property boom that ended in June. One star deducted because of the awful service from the solicitors they recommended. ????AVOID????. Connells Faversham is full of lies. And need a lot of training. We tried to end our contract with them and move the house elsewhere to sell, but we were stuck in a 28-day contract. In these 28 days, people were asking about the property and they were telling people we had taken it off the market there for losing buy buyers. I know this as one of these people was a friend of mine. I formal complaint has been raised and legal action will be taken. They should be ashamed of themselves... Read more

Quick to sign us up, then we had to chase them to get the details and photos sorted. This meant we missed the window we had agreed for getting our house on the market. They were only interested in getting their (sizeable) fee and not in achieving a fair price for us. I would not use them again or recommend them.... Read more
