Leah has been brilliant throughout our purchase with Henry Adams. She provided calm and reassurance through the stresses of moving home. Leah provided excellent communication and a top quality service. We were updated regularly and with accurate information. Leah chased our chain continually and put our minds at ease. We could not recommend Leah or Henry Adams Billingshurst highly enough. Absolutely fantastic.

Leah was fantastic at chasing up the bottom of our chain, where we had considerable difficulties not related to our sale at all. She persisted, kept us and our buyer well informed and I think worked hard with estate agents and solicitors throughout the chain. Without her persistence we would not have got our sale!

Jade has been so incredibly helpful, informative in the kindest way and has a great deal of patience ! We found her service to be impeccable and highly efficient and she showed a great deal of empathy with her friendly disposition; all has gone smoothly thanks to her professional expertise and organisation.

We have just exchanged and it’s taken 7 months purely due to unavoidable intracacies. From start to exchange Jo and her colleagues have been patient and worked brilliantly and professionally facilitating the solicitors, vendors’ and our needs each step of the way. (Often beyond the call of duty).

I found Henry Adams to be most helpful in every way. In fact they were
more helpful than my Solicitors with finding out dates etc. We bought this
house from them and that is why we chose to sell it through them. I think Dan will be glad to see the back of me because I was always on the phone to him and he was always there to answer my questions.

This was our first time buying a home in the UK, which was a very different procedure to what we were used to. But Dan was amazing – so friendly, knowledgable and always keen to help. Although our chain was simple, there were still a few challenges (some due to our naivety), but Dan dealt with the barrage of questions, and the odd curve ball, all in his stride.
