Compared to other agencies we tried we liked their attitude they portrayed, the presentation and detailing of the literature and the excellent video tour courtesy of Oliver! Selling is never easy in spite of a short chain but they did a great job with sometimes grumpy clients! Throughout our purchase Jo Standing was particularly helpful and friendly. She contacted us weekly with updates after being in touch with all of the Solicitors involved. We first saw the property on 3rd July 2021, offered and accepted on the 6th and moved in on 6th September.

We sold our house in Billingshurst last year and although it proved difficult and took longer than we had hoped this was due to difficult market circumstances (Brexit etc.) and not anything to do with the way Mansell McTaggert marketed the property. Although this was frustrating for us, the whole team at the Billingshurst office remianed good humoured, enthusiastic, positive and professional throughout the sale process and up to completion.

I have nothing but praise for Declan and the team in Billingshurst. Declan has skilfully navigated the sale, and me, despite me being 300 miles distant, through the loss of my father and against a backdrop of Coronavirus and then, at the very last minute, a buyer at the bottom of the chain being less than a gentleman! Despite all the trials and tribulations and what felt like hundreds of phone calls and emails daily, and I am sure every time I rang for an update Declan and the team running for cover as they must have got the point of ‘that woman on the phone again’, we have worked together with good humour and a shared goal to get the sale over the line. We did it! I can honestly say having had my property on the market for over 12 months with 2 previous agents and 2 previous failed sales (not my properties fault but circumstances) I could not have done it without the skill, knowledge and good humour of Declan and the team in Billingshurst. I never through I would say this, but this estate agency was worth their weight in gold. Thank you.

We bought our first home through Mansell Mctaggart Billingshurst. Although the estate agents were working for our vendors, they really looked after our best interests too. Special mention to Declan who oversaw our purchase, always answered our queries promptly and efficiently. We moved during lockdown which was therefore extra stressful and our solicitor was useless. Declan made an extra effort for us and told us when we were good to move, he rung straight away after completion (which was not his responsibility) and met us to give our keys. I cannot recommend MM highly enough. Prior to instructing MM to market my property for sale, it was on with another local agent for over six months. The previous agent showed little interest, secured one viewing and no offers; as soon as MM were instructed they were pro-active, kept me informed at every step and secured eight viewings and three offers in just three weeks. Once a sale was agreed MM maintained close at hand until completion, which was important as there were a variety of issues that arose, all of which were channelled through MM, who managed expectations and kept the sale on track. If I come to sell again, MM would be my only choice. Declan Fitzsimons and all the team in Billingshurst were fantastic
