Paul, Linda and the rest of the team were wonderful throughout the process. Great marketing, good photos and prospectus for the house. We had a lot of interest in the house and achieved a really good price.
We lost our first buyers due to an issue further down the chain, they put the house back on the market and we found an even better buyer with 24 hours, so we didn’t lose the house we were buying.
The agents further up the chain were dreadful, but the team at Henry Adams did a fantastic job of managing them.
I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Selling the property was a long journey but the support and guidance I had from the beginning (advertising and managing viewings) to the latter conveyancing stages and completion (once the buyer had been identified) from the Haywards Heath team was always very helpful and professional, and made it easier for me to understand what to expect. At times the conveyancing stage proved to be more complex than expected, but the team were always able to act and facilitate regularly and know exactly when things needed escalating, and keep me informed. Melissa and Bethanie handled everything that needed doing on the property with utmost professionalism and nothing was too much trouble. They were always there to answer any questions we had about our tenancy contract and about the laws of letting. When it came to selling the property, Paul Dryden and his team liaised brilliantly with our tenants to sort viewings and then worked tirelessly communicating with our buyer and solicitors to ensure that contracts were exchanged at the earliest opportunity.

We decided to use Henry Adams to sell our house and the service from the initial valuation through to completion was superb. The team at Henry Adams in Hayward’s Heath are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We wanted to sell our house quickly but not under value it and they helped us achieve this. It sold within 3 weeks and we got just below the full asking price (which in the current market is quite impressive). I would definitely recommend Henry Adam to anyone looking for a fast, friendly and professional service. Jane Tomlinson and Jade Bearryman who managed our sales were a pleasure to deal with. The photographers were also fab and the property details Henry Adam’s produced were far better than what their competition seem to offer.

Needed to move from Hove to Haywards Heath due to work. Tried several letting agents with not much luck then found Henry Adams.I found them so pleasant and very helpful right from the start.
