Fowlers Billingshurst sold our house, then found us a new home and I’m so impressed! Keith and his team made the whole of both processes so easy, speedy, efficient and painless.
They are very experienced and knowledgeable in the housing market, including many years of local knowledge, which helps enormously, from guiding on sale price to helping buyers find what they are looking for. They price accurately, and do not overprice to capture business. One of the things that gave me confidence when choosing Fowlers, was that they don’t tie you into a contract, they are confident you will be happy with their service – if not, you can walk away.
They guided us through the sale, setting up viewings with lots of potential buyers who were well matched to our house, no time wasters. We quickly had a buyer and the Fowlers team looked after both us and the buyer, communicating and dealing with queries efficiently, so the whole process went smoothly. Within five months of going on the market our house was sold.
When buying our new house, they identified exactly what we were looking for and moved quickly when the right place became available – with no chain, we bought our new house within three weeks, from viewing to completion!!
The staff are very professional, conscientious and friendly and work as a team so though there is a dedicated person looking after you, there’s always someone on hand to help.
Keith and the team are fantastic, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fowlers have been outstanding at letting our property in Billingshurst. We had the rental out with 2 agents and Fowlers originally stood out with their expert knowledge of the local area and their excellent communication skills, plus they found us tenants very quickly, which for a 6 month rolling let where we would be returning from travels was going to be a challenge!
Throughout the 8 months of renting out our home, they have communicated clearly, professionally and promptly throughout the whole process. They have made our lives easier and been extremely helpful. Big thanks to Kate and Jon who have looked after us during this time.
I would highly recommend and use them again in the future!
