Incompetent and lazy
They REMOVED OUR LISTING AFTER 1 WEEK BY ACCIDENT so we were getting no viewings. Only found out because I checked online. We weren’t visible on any platforms. They dropped the ball so many other times but too long to recount here. Initially enthusiastic but no action to back it up.

The sales team is very amazing and patient with us. Sarah was particularly professional and helpful as she would make sure both seller and buyer are happy during the process. As a buyer this time, I'm very grateful for her time and effort that put into my purchase.

The team at Chipping Sodbury have been incredible with the sale of my father's property. Sarah in particular has worked tirelessly. We have been kept informed throughout a very difficult purchase, for reasons not to do with Allen and Harris. She has consistently gone above and beyond to help us.

We were recommended to Allen & Harris, but right from the start, they were not organised hardly any feedback and hardly any contact, this went on for 12 weeks trying to contact them and having to go to the shop to chase them, we since went to another Estate Agent and sold, within 2 weeks, so no I cannot recommend them.
