I wanted to show my appreciation to everyone at Allen and Harris Corsham. After a very long process Sarah and her team stepped in and made our move finally happen. Alice was always polite, friendly and professional, Hannah was always keeping in touch and informing me of any developments. Nothing was too much trouble and was there with me throughout. Sarah was also amazing she knew how much this move meant to us and did all she could, even when we lost a house due to our sellers pulling out she offered to come and see me as I was home alone and very upset. She was always prepared to go the extra mile. I would recommend Allen and Harris Corsham above anyone.

I feel I must share my tremendous experience with the Allen and Harris office in Corsham. I was already contracted with another agency but when I ran into some very difficult challenges I approached Sarah at A&H for some advice and perspective. Though she had no skin in the game, she was willing to spend as much time as I needed to listen to my issues and provide support. There was never a hard sell or push for me to move agencies, just pure support and a willingness to sympathize with my situation. I would not hesitate to make Sarah at A&H my first stop for a real estate transaction in the future! In addition, her staff is absolutely lovely and a special shout out to Tom who is wonderfully kind. I give them five stars for communication and service with integrity even when, as in my case, they have nothing to gain. True superstars!

We have just bought our first house with Allen and Harris. Finding out I was pregnant and deciding now was the time to buy after years of privately renting, we were able to find, apply, purchase and MOVE IN all within 4 months!! If it wasn't for this amazing and helpful team in Corsham, I cant imagine how stressful it would of been!
Rob was able to set up everything from insurances to the mortgage in house. Sarah and Jess were able to spend the time with us finding and viewing the property.
Honestly can not recommend them enough!!

We went to see Lauren Webb at Allan Harris who is an independent Mortgage Advisor but also works with the estate agents. She was wonderfully welcoming and very helpful.
My husband and I were first time buyers and she certainly helped to make the buying process less daunting and explained everything for us. The lawyers she recommended were fab and we felt that she and the legal team did an amazing job. We never felt overly stressed with them helping us and they kept us very well informed throughout.
We can’t thank Lauren and the team enough. Our first time buying experience went so smoothly and was done in such a quick time period. Thank you again.

Brilliant Mortgage Adviser - Lauren Webb
As part of the process of buying my first home I used Allen & Harris’ independent mortgage adviser, Lauren Webb.
She was very enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process.
During our initial search, Lauren found a mortgage provider and rate that I was happy with. However, subsequently I looked for a more expensive property and increased my deposit, which changed my loan to value ratio. She double checked the mortgage results to ensure I had the best deal and was able to find a larger mortgage, with a smaller interest rate, which I was really pleased to hear about, as well as the £250 cash back that this provider offered!
Lauren also took me through several different important aspects of buying a house, such as life insurance, buildings insurance and creating a monthly budget. She was able to explain this information clearly and then based on my responses, selected the most appropriate policy for me.
On top of this, she helped with the price negotiation, saving me a couple of £k and was able to include some of the existing furniture within the price.
Therefore, I would highly recommend using Lauren! Without her assistance, it would have certainly been a lot tougher, considerably more time consuming and I probably would have been financially worse off.
