Phoned the agency 2 times, was told quite quickly that they will send me an email which never happened. Still waiting on email and info on the property.
Edit: After speaking to Adrian I can see that Dunstable branch is separate Luton thus the review is irrelevant for Luton Branch.

Star! Adrian is very professional, calm, cool, a good listener and a perfect gentleman. He got me a good tenant for my property and made the whole transition process easy for me as a new landlord. The contract was easy to understand with no hidden clauses. Looking forward to doing more business with him in future, God willing.

I've been a happy customer of Adrian's for 9 years; firstly as a tenant, then as a purchaser and landlord and now as a seller - all with the same property. Through all of these stages, Adrian and Margaret have made life really easy for me, any issues were sorted out quickly and with minimum stress to me. It's easy to move agents, but with service like this, why would you? Highly recommended!

Adrian and Margaret has been fantastic during our tenancy period . We never experienced problems communicating issues , and when there were any , they were dealt with professionally and promptly . Adrian is an excellent and exceptional professional , it was lovely meeting such a humble , meek and polite individual. I would greatly recommend Belvoir .

Adrian Mason was brilliant throughout.
He's very professional and always available on the phone.
You don't get some spotty teenager dealing with your enquiries, you get the office manager dealing with everything.
Initially Belvoir were going to let my rental flat in Luton but due to water leak damage and the ensuing full renovation of the flat on insurance, I ended up selling the flat with Belvoir instead.
Initial letting attempt was December 2019 but ended up selling instead with completion Nov 2020. They provided a key holding service for a variety of tradespeople to gain access to the flat during the renovation and were very patient and helpful with a very tricky leasehold conveyancing process.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Adrian has been an excellent agent and is highly professional, always going the extra mile. I would highly recommend Belvoir for selling and letting as this is one of the few agencies where you a get a personal touch.
