I have been using Abbey Property now for nearly two years to place a house on rent. They were very quick to put the house on rent and find suitable tenants.
They communicate very effectively through emails and phone calls and I find them to be very professional in getting things done.
Naeem has been my main contact from Abbey Property and has provided a great service, it has made putting a house on rent easy without any hassle.
I always receive the rental on time with no issues and for the amount of work Abbey Property do throughout the year, they have very fair and competitive rates.

What can I say about these guys!!! This agent is the real deal! I had my reservations about using these guys selling my house due to being a small company, boy was I wrong!!! The lads are hardworking and work tirelessly throughout the process.
The sales manager Tyrone is an absolute star and helped us throughout the selling process, he came to my house and we had an in depth chat about marketing my property, came around the next day to take photos and get it online same day. Within two days I had 4 viewings and an asking price offer.
Tyrone then helped me pick a solicitors who also worked hard with no problems at all.
I would definitely recommend using abbey Property, they are not pushy at all like some local agents I know! These guys are your guys if you are looking to sell!! Thanks a lot keep up the good work.

So I've been searching for a 2 bed flat or a house to rent, trying to get the most by finding some amazing but pay as little as I can on rent. Got recommended to Abbey Property Luton and was told to only speak to one chap named 'Raju' or 'Raj' as he prefers. Firstly, such a wonderful kind man. Really making me feel safe by following government guidelines and wearing protective gear. Secondly, he gave me his word that he will get back to me in a weeks time with options that I will not refuse. Like anyone, I ignored it and thought that was my queue to 'I can't help you but I'll try to find a couple options'.... Boy was I wrong, 15 options I was given to me with no pressure to choose ASAP. Amazing service and great level of professionalism with a hint of humour. Highly recommend this place and this awesome man!

Used Abby Property in September 2020 as soon as I signed up the following day they were round to do photos and video no messing about they arranged several viewings and were able to sell my house for the price I wanted within 2 weeks
After that they kept me updated with the progress and were always there for any problems I had would highly recommend

By chance, the company was recommended by a concierge working at one of our rented properties and was very impressed by the speed and professionalism of the staff with regards to placing our property in Luton on the market. ‘Abbey Property’ are a great run company where customer service is right at the top of the list. I have been using ‘Abbey Property’ for over 5 years. They are good value for money and I know my rental properties are in good hands. From start to finish, professional, efficient, honest and straight talking. They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done, and deliver. They manage 7 properties of mine and they have always provided exceptional service.
They have also been brilliant in helping me sell a property, finding me an offer before the property was even put on the market. Much more efficient than the other local estate agents, promptly keeping me updated on at all stages of the selling process. Can’t fault them!!!
They meet all my buying, selling, rental tenant portfolio requirements, I have never had the need to go to another agency.

Very unprofessional people.
Spoke with a lady to book a viewing for 11am. I get at the property, the gentlemen who lived there was kind enough to show me around as the agent wasn't there. After the tour, I check my confirmation E-Mail, she booked for 13, time which I would have been at work, as I told her on the phone.
I call the agency after, to let them know I will take the room, same lady answers and she tells me that they will send an E-Mail with required documents.
As the day passed, I received nothing.
Next day, early morning, around 9, I start calling the agency, 2 hours later, some bloke answers. While I explain him the situation, he puts me on hold while he checks, whatever he has to check.
After some minutes the call ends, and a mobile number calls, it was the bloke telling me how I cannot rent because the insurance company the landlord selected cannot insure me because I am self employed for less than a year and how sorry he is that i didn't get the room and if they have something else they will contact me.
This is my experience.
If you want people that "listen" to your needs, that keep you updated and that call you on mobile, because the landline might be recorded, in order to give you "scuffed" reasons on why you can't take the room, AbbeyProperty is the one to chose.

****PLEASE LISTEN*****- Abbey property are absolutely horrendous. I would strongly advise not to use them. Joe Powell is very very rude and cocky. This company do not do things by the book and are very unprofessional. They take money as deposits for properties that are not even available yet. Based upon my dealing with them I am convinced the good reviews on here are fake. Nothing but trouble from the beginning. Save yourself the hassle and go with a household name.
