22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Abbey property have been very helpful and professional. I was new to London and i found many agents who dont responds or sometimes change their agreed commitment for a better price. But Abbey property were pure gentleman in their dealings. Highly recommended.
16th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Terrible experience over the phone. I didn't get the name of the guy who spoke to me but he said he was in charge of Marigold. I asked to view a property then I was asked tons of questions and asked if I could give notice to my landlord before viewing. I explained that I would have to view the property first to see if it was suitable before giving notice to my landlord. The man spoke rudely and was very arrogant and direct trying to belittle me. First he asked for 2 guarantors which I told him I had, then he asked where I was living, my name and lots of personal details before he exclaimed that I would be wasting his and my time if I viewed the property. He went on a rampage about how I need to give notice to my landlord before I can view the property and irrelevant things just to get me off his case as he obviously does not accept dss tenants even though it is against the law to do so. So he indirectly told me he wouldn't accept dss, I would not recommend this letting agency as they clearly do not abide by UK law.

17th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Great at obtaining tenants quickly. But unfortunately the experience with the tenant was horrendous. Tenants were found but I doubt much was looked into in their background. And on to checkout, tenanr damaged pretty much the property and nothing was done. So overall not happy with both tenant and agent.

27th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I had seen a lot of negative reviews about Ideal Property but I chose to ignore the red flags because, with every review, they seemed to have a defence or explanation for what people had experienced. Unfortunately, I didn’t understand the seriousness of those reviews until I experienced it myself.<br><br>I genuinely regret the day I decided to become your tenant and I sincerely hope our paths never cross again.<br><br>I’m sure you may come under this review to defend yourself, just as you have responded to others. However, I hope anyone considering becoming a tenant or working with you will take the negative reviews seriously and not make the same mistake I made by dismissing them.<br><br>I can confidently say that my experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts when I first saw the numerous negative reviews.<br><br>I’m sharing my experience as a warning to others: please do your research, pay attention to the red flags and don’t ignore repeated negative experiences from previous tenants.<br><br>For me, this has been a serious wake-up call and I hope someone else can learn from my experience and avoid going through the same situation.
