I definitely recommend them. I rented a family accommodation for 2+ years with them even being a student when I rented first. They are professional people and they would never give you un necessary checks at home. They do give me all the advance payme back without any cuttings in return to only their advice of leaving home clean which I did but they genuinely approve it without any drama which I have heard alot land lords do. You Will never regret if you choose them as your land lord. Thank you again Marigold Thank you Saim for being always there whenever there was any issue with the home.

Very professional and reasonable service at Marigold. Always walk an extra mile for us. My house has been rented by them for more then 2 years. Whenever, I have called Siam he is always happy to help, in some occasion even in evenings.
The contractor they have recommended are also really helpful. I can not ask more.

I decided to use Marigold Residentials to manage my investment property in Luton, after being recommended via several friends who live in the local area. I live in London so wanted an agent who would be reliable, handle all aspects of managing the property in the most efficient and hassle-free form.

What happened to equality, diversity, inclusion? I was call by the agent who asked whether I worked and what I do for living(which is fair) how ever the agent then proceed to ask what country I was from before he made the judgement of whether I would able to view the property or not!! I answered his question (which I found odd) and lord and behold the property was all of a sudden fully booked “lots of people was booked in for a viewing, the property might not be available but if it is he will call me”. I am smart enough to know when I am being racially profiled over the phone!! Racial profiling in person is one thing but over the phone is even crazier!!! I hung up knowing fully well I would not be viewing the property because the “agent” already dimmed me not worth it!! Anyways thanks Marigold ????

We rented with Marigold for the last two years in Luton - we felt they were always fair and professional to both landlord and tenant.
They were quick to respond to all queries and any time there was an issue with running repairs, it was always solved appropriately.
Special praise to Saim who was attentive and empathetic when we were leaving the property. We have rented elsewhere and by a distance Marigold have been the most professional people we have worked with - it would be a pleasure to work with them again.

I went to view a property yesterday and when I got there I saw loads of other people viewing it at the same time 5pm one after another. This caught me off guard and was intimidating, yet the agent bombarded me with loads of question looking at me up and down rushing me through the house and telling me to leave my kids downstairs where they couldn't even look at the property. I literally can't even remember the property due to him rushing me. 3 floors and was out in 2mins ridiculous. Also the questions he was asking as soon as I got in the door I didn't even have a chance to look he was asking me if I'm single, how many bedrooms do I live in at present, if I have a job, how many kids I have etc. All that matters is that I can afford the rent working at Amazon Warehouse £12.76 ph overtime between £16.20-£21.60 I most probably earn more than him. Plus the property wasn't even the layout as it was on the add. To sum it up a bad experience,

We paid on time every month without fail. And the house we rented was reasonable. This agency was ok to start with but I felt they didn’t respect the tenants very much. I felt quite vulnerable when they would come round as though they may as well as have said ‘ this is our house and we can chuck you out anytime’ but they obviously didn’t say that but that was the impression they left with me. They look for ways to not give your deposit back so make sure everything is in order. There was also a bit of bad manners when visiting the office. We, paying tenants, weren’t offered a seat for example or greeted properly, this is not the way to treat people. But it wasn’t all bad just a general feeling of men in suits sometimes behaving in an unprofessional way. Not all bad but they could do better in their business interactions with us people who pay them!

Much prefer this store to the one on Wingate road. A lot bigger. Staff helpful and friendly. Stores always clean and tidy. Stocks not moved around much so it makes shopping here a whole lot less stressful because you know what's in each aisle if your a regular visitor. Car park is huge and disabled bays are very close to entrance.

Really good at first but than later really unprofessional, we wanted to them to fix a few things in the house and electricity was bad and they didn’t even bother to give advice on how to fix it and who to call
Toilet shower was broken but didn’t bother to fix that aswell
4-5 months I asked to fix stuff but didn’t bother to respond to us. When leaving the house we said to fix the house and they said it’s no problem don’t worry about it but when we left they started saying we have to pay for this damage and that. Really really unprofessional and pure fuards to gain money

Very professional, gave good advice, rescheduled promptly and patient...unlike 'Connells' who had false smiles and was constantly rolling his eyes, or 'Property Landlords' who didn't even call us back after telling her we wanted to rent the place at the full price!????????
Property didn't tick all the boxes for us but was a great house and a pleasant experience - thank you!

Worst ever service. They charge you for their faults. My toilet sink was broken before I moved in and I had to pay £140 because they 'realised' that it was my fault. At the end of tenancy I was told that my deposit was in some sort of 'Deposit Scheme' and it takes 2 weeks to refund. In the meanwhile I was told that house needs new paint, carpets etc and I am being charged for that. got £130 out of my £700 after long arguments. never ever ever try that again. yuk
