A Change in Service from YM

After a positive start with YM in September, I've noticed a shift in their service. While initial interactions were promising, recent experiences have been less satisfactory.
It's become difficult to reach a representative, particularly when seeking assistance with landlord-related matters. This disparity in responsiveness between tenant and landlord concerns me. It feels as though landlord inquiries are often placed on the back burner.
While tenant satisfaction is undoubtedly important, a more balanced approach that prioritizes both parties would be ideal.

I had a viewing appointment scheduled with Your Move Agent, and after traveling three hours to see the property, they cancelled the appointment with less than an hour’s notice. This lack of professionalism and disregard for my time is extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this agency based on my experience. Very poor communication and service.

Unprofessional, disgusting, slow process, bureaucracy place. Firstly, this agent didn’t take property picture from website, haven’t received contract over the last three weeks and every day we called telling some excuses. I have never seen this unprofessional agency ever never recommend it!!!!

I had a very high level of professional customer service from Your Move in Northumberland Heath.
The agents who assisted in administering and processing my move, were called Sophie and Jay. Both of them were extremely efficient, hard-working and transparent in terms of any updates that they had for me day to day. I was always able to contact them and knew that they would reply in a timely fashion.
I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience via Your Move. I would most definitely recommend this company and specifically, this branch and these agents again to anybody who is keen to rent/buy or let/sell a property within Bexley and the surrounding areas. Awful service - did not have keys ready for completion, no apology for the disorganisation and had to wait over an hour to finally get keys. They did not even realise they didnt have the keys in the office - I would be wary of leaving keys with them. Would give 0 stars if i could

There were moments when I was completely "adaze" during the process, but they both helped me get through it, and I will always be grateful to them for their support.

I let my 1 bedroom flat with Your Move and I could not recommend them enough. Natalie helped me through my selective licence process with the council, which was very complicated to get used to. Once my property was instructed online Katie started viewings straight away and found a tenant to move in the same month; there was no void period of rent. The two girls go over and beyond to help their landlords, all we had to do is give them a key for access.

I had the most horrible experience with Your Move Northumberland Heath team.I rented a house from the worst landlord through them and they did not do anything to support me and my children.We only lived there for six months and now getting back my deposit is providing to be as difficult as the experience I had with the team and landlord.Landdlord always coming to the house when am not there, I told them, they said why should they believe me,he accused me of so many lies , he also said the father of my children cannot come to the house,that he will take it that he is living there,the agency was never there for me.People be warned about them,read your tenancy agreement very well. they are the worst letting agents I have had to deal with since I have been in this country.You are doomed if you are not British or European in the hands of this company.The landlord even accused me of digging a drainage that was being checked by Bexleyheath council..hmmmm. Now he's claiming damages that the agency have not given me the schedule of damage despite asking them for it.

He was understanding and supportive dealing with any issues that came along with a calm and collected approach. Your Move managed to let my flat extremely quickly and efficiently, for which I was extremely grateful as I had a very short time-frame. Their communication was extremely quick and efficient, and they were always ready and pleased to help with my questions (of which there were many!). On the whole, they made a difficult process very easy, and I would definitely let my flat with them again.
