First of all, I advise against it, I moved out of the apartment, I gave back the keys, and after giving notice, the lanlord told me to throw the keys through the office door in the evening. That's what I did, now I have problems and I have to pay the Cansil costs because the agency reported that I lived there until the last day, the apartment was nice for 1 month later, the walls started to turn black, terrible damp, and at the end I had to ask for the deposit which I got instead of £ 1300, it was £ 560, the contract was like this that I would give back the key sooner and someone would move in, unfortunately I was cheated, I really should avoid it at all costs, it's better to sleep in a tent!... Appalling customer service received from Chandra. Very rude and unhelpful. Every time I was talking she would talk over me and not allow me to speak. I would NOT recommend this business.... Read more

Awful service, definitely do not recommend. You'd be wasting your money by getting them to manage your property and they'll happily take your money and not provide even a most basic service. Both Chandra and her son have no customer service skills. There are many more reliable property managing agents in the area that are worth going to instead. Falcon are here to make money off their clients and nothing else. Poor service! Shame on them for running a business like this.... Read more
