I would recommend Hayley and her team at Langford Russell. Very professional, genuinely knew the area and market, spoke honestly and plainly (not "salesy") and were competitive in price. I could not say the same for other estate agents I considered. Good at keeping in touch throughout the process and were persistent where needed to get the sale over the line.

Hayley came to the value the property. She was very enthusiastic, and gave good advice, and suggested a higher selling price, than other agents, which we achieved. I spoke to Joe on several occasions, he was helpful and polite, and answered my questions, and returned calls as agreed. Joe and Will carried out the viewings and took a detailed brief on property, which helped to sell the property very quickly. I was kept updated throughout. I would highly recommend the team at Swanley. Many thanks .
