19th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)It was great to have Jenna as our estate agent for this house purchase and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We had a very stressful move, with three house purchases falling down late in the process before finally completing on this house, so we had experience of a lot of estate agents in South East London. I can confidently say that Jenna is the best of the lot and its not even close. We found with most estate agents, as they are paid by the seller, they have little concern for the buyer. We had several agents mess us around, deliberately mislead us, or keep information from us that led to us wasting both time and money, but Jenna was always sympathetic to our situation, was happy to do anything we asked and always did thinks quickly, and kept us immediately informed of any updates. It really felt like she was on our side, and we could trust her, which was really important to us after so many failed purchases. Thank you Jenna for everything and keep doing what you're doing!
25th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)Hi I have put the offer that’s what they sad to me And they just said to me is sold How can something be sold without letting me know we have someone offered more money and I said I will pay more for it they said no They got some cash from the buyer so never trust Livermore in Crayford I will be writing to the seller to say I have offered more for the property but they been paid not to come back with my offer forward I will be sharing all in Crayford community so they can see never to trust Livermore in Crayford

I felt they really looked after both me and my landlord in terms of our tenancy. We thank them both for turning potential nightmares into sweet dreams!
24th Sep 2024 (29 days ago)I cannot fault the service I have received from David and Beth at Drewerys. They have held my hand the whole way through the process of ending a tenancy and finding suitable new tenants in a very short space of time. There were no delays in getting my flat onto the market. David came and took photos as soon as the flat was ready and had it on the market that evening. Three days later we had prospective tenants and the whole process of credit checks, references etc was smoothly dealt with on my behalf. Throughout the process, responses to emails were so quick, advice was invaluable and any additional requests I had were never too much trouble. I have been using Drewerys for nearly ten years now and will continue to do so. Their service and expertise is exceptional.
21st Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)You might find many positive reviews from sellers, but I strongly advise first-time buyers to steer clear of this agency. When I viewed the property, I was assured it was in excellent condition, with the exception of the boiler being a bit old. However, as recommended to me, I still arranged for a independent survey. Due to an unexpected emergency, the survey was delayed by a week. This delay wouldn’t have affected the sale since the completion date was still a month away. Despite this, the agency contacted me, pressuring me to cancel the survey because the seller was growing impatient (a tactic that, in hindsight, seems manipulative). Unfortunately, I felt I had little choice, as the house I was renting was soon to be sold. It turned out that the house suffered from severe mould and damp issues - an information that was withhold from me during the viewing and that would have been revealed in the survey. Fixing these problems has already cost me several thousand pounds. I strongly discourage first-time buyers, especially my NHS colleagues who need to buy in this area for work, from using this agency. They simply cannot be trusted.

We could not fault their support and help for us but also for our buyers (first time) who had some issues navigating the buying process. Justine gave support and a friendly listening ear when we became frustrated with the delays in the process, she also pursued and resolved issues with great tenacity, constantly keeping us updated on progress. We could not have asked for more. Medway Mortgage Shop has a great caring family vibe not like impersonal estate agents chains where you are passed from sales agent to a progressor who just passes messages to the other party. The cherry on the top of an already delicious cake. The cost, you get great personal service and support for a reasonable fixed price. Just shows you how much large chains are ripping you off with their percentage of sale price cost. Finally we would like to finish the review with a massive THANK YOU to Justine and team, for all your help and support towards our new life adventure.
15th Oct 2024 (8 days ago)It's no surprise that Fox Estate Agents are an award winning company, they really pull out all the stops and go above and beyond in their customer service. Liam worked hard to market my elderly father's house and within a few days of it going on the market had received multiple offers. Chris French liaised with the solicitors, which helped us enormously. Chris Fox and his whole team are just amazing, I can't thank them enough for making the process as smooth as possible for my dad and I.

3rd Oct 2024 (20 days ago)We used Medway Mortgage Shop after receiving a recommendation from a family member for mortgage advice as first-time buyers with limited knowledge of the process. Audrey explained everything in great detail and put our minds at ease. She was always happy to answer any questions we had. After we received our mortgage offer, Audrey kept us informed whenever interest rates dropped, helping us secure a new offer at a lower rate. I have never dealt with a company that was so quick to respond to emails. Both Lisa and Audrey were extremely efficient, responding to the majority of emails within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Medway Mortgage Shop to anyone looking for mortgage advice. We will absolutely be using them for our future mortgage needs!

He was very proactive and friendly throughout every step, and helped to keep us updated when it’s hard to get quick answers from solicitors! He made every request and visit seem like no issue at all. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area, and would use for any sale/purchase we would need in the future!

From start to finish they were exceptional and ensured the process went as smoothly as possible, even when there was a few bumps along the way. Marisa was absolutely fantastic doing all the viewings, Claire deserves a medal for all the chasing, updates and sorting out all the chain issues. 5th Jul 2024 (16 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
8th Aug 2024 (11 weeks ago)We have bought a house through Your Move Swanley Branch, Mikolaj the branch manager was our main contact and he was the glue that held the chain together, whilst the other agents / solicitors were slow and unresponsive Mikolaj was on the ball, helpful, with great communication and updates, he made moving a lot less stressful, I would highly recommend Your Move Swanley for either buying or selling the whole team are so professional and helpful.
