Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

We had a bumpy process with solicitors etc. but Karen was there every step of the way and was key to help us moving in good time. Even after the sale they checked in to see how we are getting on. We can not thank them enough and will definitely be in touch for our next steps on the ladder!!

Mark was an incredible collaborator within the process, and his involvement went far above & beyond I would have expected. He clearly cares and wants the best for all parties and that really comes across in his work. Kudos to Mark & all of the Livermore’s team on a well executed sale, I honestly couldn’t recommend them all highly enough. Cheers Mark!

Demetri progressed the purchase all of the way through; taking just 3 months to complete. He kept us well informed and really kept on top of the communication between solicitors and other estate agents making the whole process quite stress free. Would highly recommend.

17th Nov 2025 (26 days ago)Medway Mortgage Shop were recommended to me by a friend who had used them for their own property purchase. What a great recomendation! I first met Steven who took the time to explain the purchasing process. He gave me all the facts and helped me realise that buying my own house was completely possible. A great start. As my purchase neared completion, I realised that my solicitor had missed a few important points. This oversight seriously jeopardised my mortgage. This is when Charlotte stepped in. At a time when I was very stressed and fearing I would lose my house, Charlotte took control of the matter. She went above and beyond by liaising with the mortgage provider and the solicitor. She got things straightened out in no time at all. Thanks to Charlotte I went from despair to celebrations ???? I am very happy to say that my mortgage completed last week and I picked up my keys this morning. This would not have been possible without Medway Mortgage Shop. They do fantastic work but they keep it simple. This is because they are amazing at what they do. Another great thing about this company is that they are brilliant at staying in contact throughout the whole process. My phone calls and emails were handled promptly. I never had to wonder where I stood. An excellent service. Whatever your property needs are, Medway Mortgage Shop is the place to go

Achieved the asking price very quickly for us on our 1 bed flat in Sutton At Hone. Helped us through the buying and selling process. Despite us using an incompetent conveyancer, fox were relentless in helping get us across the line. Communication was fantastic throughout. Every member of the team, Liam, Holly and in particular Alyson should be proud of their service, professionalism and attitude.

In what turned out to be quite a long time frame they helped guide us with their knowledge and experience of house moves! I would recommend them to any friends and family.

1st Dec 2025 (12 days ago)Ive dealt with quite a few estate agents in the past 12 months in the search for a property and I have to say there are only two companies I would recommend if buying or selling, one of which is James Gorey. I wouldn't hesitate to use James Gorey for buying or selling. I have to particularly highlight Josh Collis Senior Property Consultant at James Gorey, he worked so hard in the management of the transaction and nothing was too much trouble. Speedy resolutions and fast responses to issues kept the conveyancing machine well oiled. Without his personal involvement I doubt we would have seen a positive outcome. Im very grateful for all his efforts over the past few weeks.

Although not our estate agents we purchased through them and overall found the experience with them far superior to the estate agents we commissioned to sell our own property. They worked with us on issues and kept us up to date throughout. A very personable experience compared to other companies!

As first time buyers, everything was made very easy for us and it was clear throughout that Amanda was doing the absolute most and best for us, nothing was too much trouble! Both Amanda and Holly were extremely polite and pleasant to talk to, they both immediately knew who I was when on the phone as soon as I started talking which I believe displays the care and time that they have for their clients. Overall I couldn’t recommend Anthony Martin Sutton-At-Hone enough and will definitely be returning when we sell in the future!
