Valued the property and nearly achieved the asking price. Had many existing clients ready to view my property. Cost slightly more than other estate agents but valued the property higher and sold it for more than others valuation.

I bought my property with John Payne Plumstead recently and dealt with Nathaniell Ward. It was a complex one with many deadlines - but I have to say I couldn’t fault Nathaniell at all. His communication was excellent (even when solicitors weren’t being very helpful!) and was available at all times (sometimes even when he was on leave) to answer my questions and chase for me. I had better communication and updates from Nathaniell compared to my own solicitors and he truly did go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you so much

Jack has been an excellent letting agent for me as a tenant. I’ve had a lot of problems with agents not willing to help me. Jack has done his upmost to find me a suitable place and has kept me in the loop the whole time and answered any questions I’ve had promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jack and Langford Russell again if needed. Highly recommend over any other local agents. As a single mum the process of renting has been difficult but thankfully with the help of this agent and agency it’s been smooth. Thank you ????????????

Nellie from Acorn came to value the property and she was very thorough. She's very experienced and dealt with the whole process in a seamless way, from suggesting minor cosmetic improvements, recommending a property management company, to a solicitor dealing with conveyancing. After many viewings and and we had accepted an offer within a month.
