Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Louis in the bexleyheath office, This is my first time renting a property and don’t have much understanding of how the process works which louis then explained to me about the process giving a much better understanding. i Had an enquiry about a property i was interested in but unfortunately for me it was no longer available. Louis took the time on the phone with me to help me find a suitable place that i could possibly be interested in and went above and beyond by giving me calls whenever there was a new place available, keeping me in loop. So just wanted to say i couldn’t recommend Louis and the bexleyheath office enough. Everything was handled very professionally and would most definitely be going back in the future.

I had the pleasure of meeting Shemron Mark who was the first Estate Agent I encountered on my property search which started a few months ago. As far as Estate Agents go, Shem has by far been the most polite, helpful, transparent and honest. The communication has always been great with swift answers to emails. I can't recommond Shem and Acorn Estate Agents in Bexleyheath enough. You will be in good hands if you work with Shem. If I ever I need to find a new property I know where I will go.

After a horror story with another agent we switched to Acorn. People were through the door within days and advice was always good. We reduced as per instructed and sold. Shem our agent was in continuous contact with us and kept us up to date every step of the way right through to completion. Cannot recommend Acorn and Shem enough.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Acorn Bexleyheath. This review is slightly overdue but we have been enjoying our home so much that I only now had time to sit down and write it.
We contacted Acorn for a valuation of our property and received a pleasant surprise with a higher than expected valuation provided by Jake Blackman. Of four agents visiting, Jake was the only agent not only matching but surpassing our expectations. We decided to see if they could deliver and viewings were arranged with Shemron Mark, who secured us an offer above minimum asking price after two viewings. What followed was an equally great service from Shem, who accompanied the entire sale process to a satisfactory completion, pushing where needed to ensure all progressed. Parallel to our sale, Jake was also able to find us our dream home, on which we had an offer accepted before our property for sale was even on the market. This was a lovely bit of magic on his end, which definitely helped seal the deal, as all agents had assured us we would not be able to secure viewings before having accepted an offer. Something we were not very comfortable with.
Two months from moving in, I can safely say going woth Acorn was the best decision we could make.

We are not planning on moving again anytime soon, but if we ever do, we know who to contact.

Excellent individual agents, namely Shemron Mark, but I do not rate the Hoowla app or the Sales Progressor who was allocated to us. Terrible communications and slow updating of the app from this person. That aside, overall, Acorn gave a good service from the first meeting with Jake who I found very professional, through the process with Shem dealing with our buyer who was quite awkward at times through to the exchange then completion. Recommended company but not app.
