I'm deeply disappointed with the service provided by the estate agent during my property transaction. Despite my offer being accepted, critical issues arose, including the discovery of an illegal extension with an asbestos roof, which made the property ineligible for a mortgage. This led to financial losses exceeding £1100 for various non-refundable expenses such as ID verification arranged by the estate agent, solicitor fees, and surveyor costs. Additionally, the unprofessional conduct of the director, Jake, who abruptly ended communication during important discussions, added to my frustration. I'm actively seeking ways to address these issues and recover my losses.... Read more

Although early days, Acorn Bexleyheath via their network of branches managed to get us an offer on our property for the asking price after just over 2 weeks, our previous agent had 50 viewings at our house over 19 weeks without a single realistic offer!
