DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME Appalling customer service, sold my house but didn’t actually list my buyer for weeks. Took pictures in the rain, never came back to take more - so only had half my garden, half the parking. Some of their staff literally harass you into viewing houses and then others seem to be incompetent in returning your phone call. Then when you think it’s all clear they phone you and tell you you’ve got 12 days to clear out your entire house because the other party has agreed on a date - you aren’t asked about but told … they forgot to tell your solicitor though (who confirms that is NOT the date) and you don’t move for another 3 weeks by which time you’ve already cancelled 5 days of work. Then to top it off, after your solicitor has paid their fees - turns out they haven’t and they email you for the marketing pack they are still owed. I would not recommend this company to my enemy, don’t use them!... Read more

MASSIVE THANK YOU! My experience with Aidan at Dartford Acorn has been exceptional! From the moment I messaged him about a property, he has been incredibly helpful and provided genuine advice. I experienced him going above and beyond to find solutions without pressuring me into making hasty decisions. And the communication has been absolutely A1, responsive and CLEAR from start to end- which was a breath of fresh air, in the mist of my own chaos with moving. I was also impressed by how well Aidan communicated between the landlord and myself. He ensured we were BOTH well-informed before any agreements were made and kept this process transparent. He even arranged for a washing machine to be set up before I moved in, which was a great convenience, I didn’t have to chase anything up! It was a well oiled and smooth process all-round. On the day of my move, I also receive a box of goodies, which was a nice touch and thoughtful gesture.
