The most rubish estate agent i have ever seen. They only work for comission from landotds, they don’t care about tenants. All tenants just be careful. At first they look ok but this is only fake protend.

Can I just say I am overwhelmed by how good these guys are? Within a day, my house (that I am selling) was photographed, videoed, and marketed. Few hours after the listing, we were inundated by viewings and now offers! This is my first time selling so I can't speak for much experience, but wow, surely it doesn't get any better than this?! The team create an environment where we almost have a 'friend' like relationship and I can ask anything of them and it's no bother. My girlfriend say Dominika is a credit to Affitto and the rest of the team we have dealt with are out of this world too.

PERFECT - IS THE WAY I DESCRIBE AFFITTO ESTATE AGENTS, TAKES THE HASSLE OUT OF LETTING MY PROPERTY!
A great professional run company where customer service is right at the top of the list. I have been using ‘Affitto’ Letting Agents now for over 15 years. They are good value for money and as a fully managed property service I know my rental property is in very good hands and hassle free. I highly recommend Affitto managing agent to all private landlords!

MY neighbour from upstairs had a leakage at night, from our ceiling at midnight water was leaking, we called the agency as also their was a electricity cut, for my partner and my baby health and safety I informed the agency to check the electricity supply the next day I was ignored. After I was accused of being unprofessional because of my opinion I want to correction because of not giving any information.

I have been chasing this fraud of a company to release a tenant's deposit which they held and was meant to be used for repairs when the tenant left but they've refused. Both tenant and I have been unable to get them to release the deposit. This is a dead business, stay off them.

As landlords living abroad, we have found Affitto letting team invaluable in ensuring that our property stays in a good state of repair and that our tenants have a good experience with us as landlords. We also own properties around the UK and Affitto are taking care of all of them, no matter where in the country they are! We are very happy with their service!

Very professional business. They care about the properties and tenants. I lived in the property for 2 years and never had any problems at all. Any repairs dealt with quickly, could always get hold of someone if I needed to and they always tried to make sure times suited me as well as them. Everyone I had contact with in the office was friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend them 100%.
