Can I just say I am overwhelmed by how good these guys are? Within a day, my house (that I am selling) was photographed, videoed, and marketed. Few hours after the listing, we were inundated by viewings and now offers! This is my first time selling so I can't speak for much experience, but wow, surely it doesn't get any better than this?! The team create an environment where we almost have a 'friend' like relationship and I can ask anything of them and it's no bother. My girlfriend say Dominika is a credit to Affitto and the rest of the team we have dealt with are out of this world too.

MY neighbour from upstairs had a leakage at night, from our ceiling at midnight water was leaking, we called the agency as also their was a electricity cut, for my partner and my baby health and safety I informed the agency to check the electricity supply the next day I was ignored. After I was accused of being unprofessional because of my opinion I want to correction because of not giving any information.

Very professional business. They care about the properties and tenants. I lived in the property for 2 years and never had any problems at all. Any repairs dealt with quickly, could always get hold of someone if I needed to and they always tried to make sure times suited me as well as them. I have used Affitto for the last seven years acting as letting agents for my three BTL properties which are geographically at opposite ends on the UK, one in London, one in Wales and one in Scotland. Their service has been nothing short of exemplary when dealing with tenants or myself.
From viewings, move in and move outs even going above and beyond to ensure the property is in an A1 state for a new tenant. Thus allowing me have a strictly ‘hands off’ role and can relax safe in the knowledge that my tenants are happy and my investments are working for me.
I would recommend Affitto without reservation, to anyone who requires a high level of professionalism when managing your property.

Moved into an Affitto property not even a week ago, and already had a horrific experience. Been lied to on several occasions, having to chase staff constantly for responses if any staff even bother turning up to the office that is! Number of outstanding repairs to completed, that should have been done before move in including a gas safety check that has not been done for 5 years!!!!! I am really disappointed and shocked, quick at taking your money but not much else.

I have stayed at a property through affitto for a year and I am editing my review solely for Manjeet who has single handily changed my opinion of affitto. He has been nothing but helpful and punctual with his responses. Yes, I have had issues with the property I've stayed at but with Manjeet I have seen changes. I believe communication is very important and at the beginning I would struggle to get response from whoever was the admin there but like I mentioned this did change and responses were better.
Overall I've had an easy stay through affitto and I've never been behind on rent so not had to worry about that side of them.

Lacking competent staff. Washing machine broke during the tenancy and it took 6 months to fix. When requiring a reference from the company so that I could move into new accommodation they didn't do it until the very last moment and lied to myself and the new estate agents about what was happening to it (they didn't receive the email request, the form wasn't attached, it was in the post etc). They lost the deposit, knew about it, but didn't tell us until a month after we had moved out. The fact they forgot we were moving out really sums up the experience

If Google had let me, I wouldn't of given them a star rating.
They were great when we applied for the house, but as soon as the money started to role in they just didn't care. A list of complaints put forward as follows:
- We were never issued a Gas Safety Certificate and were never provided the landlords details which is against the Landlords and Tenants Act under Section 1.
- My family was left without a back door key for 2 months, so the only exit was the front door.
- The thermostat was broke, so the oven didn't cook food properly and became hot very quickly and it had gas hobs on top. A technician came out and said if the oven had gotten any hotter, the whole unit would have exploded. This wasn't resolved for 3 months.
- The boiler was condemned and we were left without heating and hot water for 2 weeks with a 3 week old baby. It had become that bad I had got my local MP involved.
- A month after the boiler was replaced, the carbon monoxide alarm went off, so the gas had to be shut off.
- For 6+ months we had to deal with black and green mould growing throughout the whole house and Affitto nor the landlord were bothered to do anything and told us to clean it.
I would never trust Affitto with anyone's life and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!! For your own sake, do not rent from Affitto!!

Consistently shocking service. Moved into an affitto let property 12 months ago and I wish i'd gone with my gut and avoided these guys after they didn't show up for the initial viewing.
Lack of legal documentation at sign up, failure to complete repairs outstanding from the start of the tenancy, terrible attitude from the staff and just as our tenancy is coming to an end and we can escape - they admit they don't have a signed copy of our tenancy agreement on record.
I'd recommend both tenants and landlords avoid like the plague!

Absolutely useless and unhelpful in trying to get me view a property. First time I ring I am told its not available and will be notified when available, then I ring a few days later, it is available (I was never notified) yet they can only view it at 3.30pm on Monday. As I work this isnt possible so I asked if there was a chance of a future viewing and they said no. Even though the property is ready to move into. Don't use this agency unless you dont want your property let out.
After writing this review Affitto contacted me to apologise for the way this situation was handled. However no solution was offered to me regarding the property request which leaves me in the same boat as before.

I had a meeting with Elliot one of the Letting Agents. I found him to be curtious and very professional. He put forward an advert in one of the tenant seeking websites and the advert was put together very well. He got a response literally in minutes. I was able to put both the double bedrooms within a matter off days. Because I was looking to stay in the property (as a sitting landlord) he allowed me to meet the tenants. The paperwork was all in order for checks etc and this was done in no time at all. So far so good. I was also surprised that even though the office is based in Anstey , they do cover the Leicester area. I was that impressed by Affitto that I offered to let them leave some advertising leaflets at our family run plumbers merchant Baker and Soars. Well done Elliot and Miles

Unprofessional! Put in an application for a house to rent only to be told 8 weeks later that the landlord had chosen someone else after giving them a ring to chase up the application. Dealt with Penny & I found her to be very unhelpful. After putting this factual review I then had a phone call from Penny asking me to remove this negative review or otherwise she was going to phone the police as she is now accusing me of using fraudulent documents. What sort of an organisation is this honestly?????? You like positive reviews even when you have done a shoddy job? Will give an update after hearing from that police as has been threatened????.

My wife and I have just moved down from Aberdeen and have rented our property through Affitto. After just one phone call the team at Affitto had a good idea of what type of property we were after and the area we would be best living in. The first property they showed us was exactly what we were looking for and subsequently the property we have rented. Having been living down in London at the time and only in for a day or two time was against us to find a place and it was therefore refreshing that Affitto only recommend we viewed the one property based on our requirements rather than every 2 bed they had on the market.
The process of signing the contracts was quick and easy and on the day of our arrival, despite being delayed by a few hours on our journey, April went out of her way to meet us in the evening to hand over the keys.
All in all we are delighted with the property we have rented and with the service Affitto have provided. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent.
