We recently instructed Albury and Hall to sell our house to facilitate the purchase of a property they were marketing. We found the whole process very positive and the team at the Swanage office professional, accomodating and very flexible. They spent a lot of time answering questions, meeting us at the property we were thinking of purchasing and preparing ours for market.
Due to personal reasons, we later withdrew from the sale of our house and proposed purchase. The team at Swanage totally understood this, we came off the market without any fuss and they wished us all the best and help in future should we ever need it.
We would certainly use their services again.

My wife and I who are very much locals here in Swanage have used Albury & Hall to sell a property and now a few years later purchase a 2nd home.
Paul and the team had our first property on the market for 6 days before it went sale agreed, “you can’t really ask for better than that” a month later it was sold.
Exceptional service from start to finish, it’s about time that someone came to Swanage and took the monopoly away from other estate agents who use fake email accounts to create fake reviews and make utterly baseless accusations that are designed to discredit good, hard working people.
Anyone who is considering using Albury & Hall should check their independent statistics which can be found online and compared to other Agents here in Swanage, clearly doing better than most.

AVOID! These are the worst estate agents I've ever come across. Rude, unhelpful and impolite is an understatement. All their properties are hugely overpriced just to get the instructions I guess.

I'm guessing the 5 star reviews are fake reviews as everyone in Swanage knows to avoid them. I know several people who have come across them and would never use them again.

These really do give estate agents a bad name. Avoid like the plague!

Albury & Hall delivered exactly what they promised - from putting together and promoting the property details including video to suitable buyers, to liaising with other parties and facilitating viewing through to the sale conclusion - to the satisfaction of all concerned. LH

The team at Albury and Hall were professional throughout. Their communication is great and they do a great job supporting both buyers and sellers to get the right result. When the initial sale fell through Rob quickly found another purchaser. I was selling on behalf of others and living a long way from the property which presented some challenges but on completion Lynne was kind enough to read the meters! Great Service and thanks to the all the team who we would happily recommend.
