I think the first impressions that one receives when entering a business relationship with Corbens is that of competence, security and fairness. There is a strong and reassuring sense of family, stability and continuity, while industry and local knowledge are unbeatable. One always feels valued and respected as a client or customer and communications have always been great, timely and appropriate. The team clearly operate as a unit with a friendly and professional ethic and one has a clear sense of a connecting thread from the reception desk to the Top Chair. Most importantly the whole team seems to work on the principle of problem solving, on not treating questions as problems. This is most important. I exited my last purchasing experience in complete satisfaction and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Corbens for anyone wishing to purchase or sell.

Yes it's true. I am writing a review about an estate agent, a very professional and helpful estate agent. In fact, it's one of the best estate agent's I've ever used.
All of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable (local area, property and what's available). It was a pleasure to buy a property though Corbens.

We had several agents come to our house and Corbens valued it the highest. We were optimistic but within 2 weeks of advertising our house it was sale agreed.
The solicitors took over and the whole process was complete from start to finish in 9 weeks.
During the process staff at Corbens were helpful and informative.
Moving house is stressful for many reasons but with the expertise the process was nowhere near the stress that was expected with moving.
Our house was advertised to a high standard with professional photos and a video tour giving potential buyers a real insight into the property which avoided any viewings that potentially could have been a waste of time.
Would recommend Corbens to people thinking of selling even if it’s just for some idea of the process and valuation. Their local knowledge and their insight into the current market is reassuring in making the big decision as to whether to take the leap of selling and buying.

We viewed a property and was told it was going to go to best offers, we made our best offer and was told there was 6 other offers and all similar... we was then asked to make our best and FINAL offer which we did (same offer) I then got a call and said offer wasn't the highest but they would like to accept... 3 weeks later one of the six had made another offer and got a call asking if we would match, initial said no then spoke to my wife and decided to match. we was then asked to make our best and final offer again as both offers where the same... I believe the process was not run professionally and a best and final offer should be that. not have more than 1 best and final offer stage. BE AWARE with dealing with Corbens we haven't had the best experience.

We are experienced landlords with over 350 properties throughout the UK, and deal with local estate agents almost daily. We instructed Corbens to let out a local commercial property of ours, as we are based in London. They were unable to find a tenant in 18 months. Their rent valuation estimates were unrealistic (obviously, after 18 months of 'trying'), and inflated to gain our business.
They were generally unhelpful and unresponsive for the duration.
I certainly do not wish for anyone to go through the same awful service we did, and therefore cannot urge you enough to use someone else for your property needs.
Also, if you look at the other reviews, they are clearly never actual customers of this business. Please avoid.
