Mark and Sam (plus their team) were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. They were attentive and kept us up to date throughout our purchase. They fought our corner with the other sides solictors where needed and seemed genuinely keen to help. We also came into contact with Mark when we were involved in a “best and final offers” situation during a previous attempted purchase. We were impressed by the tactful way Mark dealt with the situation as we were not successful in that purchase. ( it turned at it was for the best as we then found a more appropriate property that met our needs much better.)
