19th Aug 2015 (10 years ago)Very good,Helped me let out my my late mothers cottage for a year to help pay the tax and duties etc. Found lovely tenants and looked after the property for me as I live three hours away. Would recommend them. Hannah has been wonderful.

Nevertheless we received an outstanding service from David Bell who worked tirelessly to oil the wheels of our purchase. On more than one occasion we received calls from him well after the office had closed, to reassure us of something or to impart some information he had discovered. Many thanks to David and the team.

Josh in particular was amazing from start to finish of the buying process getting involved in every detail to make sure that we had covered all bases. It is so refreshing to deal with a team that really know what they are doing and go over the top to give you the best experience possible. Even when it came down to solicitor issues, Josh was the first to put his hand up and track down the issues and solve them immediately. I know I can trust such an amazing team and will definitely pass over additional opportunities to Tailor Made in the future as when dealing with so many customer issues across many vertical sectors, Tailor Made have very much stuck to the basic and right principles of putting the client first and making the whole experience a professional and uplifting one. 9th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Corbens in Swanage have been amazing selling our House and keeping me calm. They are like a warm blanket and nothing was too much trouble for them. I went in probably every other day stressing about nothing really and they were wonderful. All of them work together like a lovely family. I dealt with Kelly mainly who is completely knowledgeable about the whole process and the solicitors role. She was like my therapist too.
6th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I would definitely not recommend Goadsby based on recent experience as a buyer. They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.

25th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Nick provided an excellent service, got my house sold after I saw a property that I really wanted a few weeks before. The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.

Ellie, Adam, Kristina, and the wider property management team have been consistently proactive, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout. What really sets them apart is how quickly things get done. When we had leaking taps, it was sorted without delay. When the patio door glass was accidentally broken by a gardening company, they handled the replacement smoothly and took all the stress out of it. No chasing, no back-and-forth, just clear communication and efficient action. It’s rare to find a property management team that actually delivers like this. Highly recommended. ?????
