Used Alexander Lewis to sell my property, from Sarah initial visit, marketing of property and last contact with Ellie on completion day, felt they were always there to support me throughout the whole process. Communication great, able to get hold of them to discuss any aspects and passed me on to a great solicitor to carry out the legal aspect. Would definitely use them again very professional and helpful

We recently purchased a property through Alexander Lewis and the service and communication was excellent. They kept us informed at all stages of the process and as the seller lived some distance away really helped with the queries, questions and multiple viewings that would normally be easily sorted with an occupying seller.
They really came into their own on the completion day when there was an issue with a fund transfer down the chain, Sarah communicated with the other agents involved and all solicitors down the chain to push them to into action. Completion was made on a Friday at 4.55, without that intervention I doubt it would have happened.

Brilliant from start to finish. GetAgent found me half a dozen agents who I met on the same day at the property. All of them were at least OK but Sarah from Alexander Lewis was by far the most professional and engaging. As all the valuations (and fees) were much of a muchness it made the decision easy.
Right decision, too. They had viewings lined up almost before the ad was online, and we were immediately getting offers. Hit asking price in a couple of days, and as everyone was valuing similarly I was confident that the price was sensible.
sales progress, and ongoing contact has been exactly the right blend of friendly and professional. If all estate agents were like this the industry would have a far better reputation!
