Very nice people, but so vague and unresponsive! We chose Satchells based on a good experience with the Arlesey office, but with the Letchworth people I felt I had to chase them for everything ("Oh did we say we'd arrange the EPC certificate?" "Oh did we not send you a viewing report?" "Oh you've only had one viewing in three months?")
I felt like a terrible nag! If you prefer a non-pushy agency they would be fine, but I would have liked them to be more proactive and efficient.

Amazing service -
Jenna assisted us in our first house purchase (and we all know how stressful this can be). She was very polite and knowledgeable, she was liaising with the sellers to give us the answers we needed almost immediately and in general she made this stressful process as smooth as possible.
We also got a welcome box with handy gifts & freebies for our new house, which was both practical & very sweet.
Highly recommend and we will definitely use these guys when we decide to sell our property in the future.

Throughout the process of selling our house and buying an apartment, our Estate Agent, Ruth Beckwith, has been amazing. She is always positive, responds to all our questions promptly and never laughs when we know we ask daft questions! She is supportive and is aware of our worries and concerns. An amazing person and an absolute credit to Satchells Estate Agents. She must be a valuable member of Satchells.

Read your sole selling rights agreement carefully if you are going to appoint Satchells - as you may end up paying your agent fee 2 years after terminating the contract.
We viewed a property with Satchells Stotfold and were quite happy with the property - they then referred us to Satchells Letchworth for the sale of our own property. We were given the contract to sign through email and no one from Satchells has explained the T&Cs to us/highlighted this is a sole selling rights agreement. (This is where you need to read carefully rather than assume it's a standard selling agent agreement)
We later found a new build property and decided to part exchange our property with the developer. Satchells invoiced us 1.5% + VAT on the agreed px price payable on legal completion after only 2 viewings and one offer circa. 10% lower than the asking price. The contract specified that Satchells are entitled to their fees if you exchanged contract with no estate agent involved within 2 years or 6 months if there is an estate agent involved.

Professional estate agents! Bought and now have sold through the establishment at letchworth. Matilda at Letchworth was my point of contact. Matilda toke great pictures for my listing and personally smashed it as far as service goes. Great full for services and would recommend to anyone on the market. Yallah ????????
