They were reasonable except when using their subcontractors. We found their subcontractors generally substandard but it was no use complaining because Satchells always took their side.

As a landlord, Lewis and the lettings team at Satchells have provided services for my company for several years, such as marketing for finding tenants and dealing with issues that arise from letting. They have been extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. I highly recommend them for lettings services.

The agents act like they are above you. You are made to feel like you are bothering them rather than a valuable customer. Some people are better than others but overall our experience was poor

The satchell's tenancy team are very unhelpful. We have been in our property nearly 6 months, with various things that we have asked to have fixed multiple times and this has not been done. It is things that are in their best interests to fix for prospective tenants. One of the team also let themselves into our property with no prior warning for an "inspection", this is against tenancy rules. my partner was at home upstairs and turned around to see a stranger in the house, this is unacceptable. Due to this we will not be using satchell's for our next tenancy.

I was mainly in contact with Lewis and Connor during my 2 year tenancy. I can't fault their service - they were both very polite, helpful and always quick to respond to emails. Would definitely recommend Satchells.

Very nice people, but so vague and unresponsive! We chose Satchells based on a good experience with the Arlesey office, but with the Letchworth people I felt I had to chase them for everything ("Oh did we say we'd arrange the EPC certificate?" "Oh did we not send you a viewing report?" "Oh you've only had one viewing in three months?")
I felt like a terrible nag! If you prefer a non-pushy agency they would be fine, but I would have liked them to be more proactive and efficient.

Amazing service -
Jenna assisted us in our first house purchase (and we all know how stressful this can be). She was very polite and knowledgeable, she was liaising with the sellers to give us the answers we needed almost immediately and in general she made this stressful process as smooth as possible.
We also got a welcome box with handy gifts & freebies for our new house, which was both practical & very sweet.
Highly recommend and we will definitely use these guys when we decide to sell our property in the future.

Just would like to say a very big thank you to Ruth and Satchells team with helping us purchase our very first home. As first time buyers Ruth guided us and made us feel supported through out. Ruth encouraged us to feel confident during this process, she was extremely prompt in replies and was never made to feel we was not able to ask questions.

She is always positive, responds to all our questions promptly and never laughs when we know we ask daft questions! She is supportive and is aware of our worries and concerns.
