I recently rented my first property through Alexanders, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Joanna, my agent, was absolutely amazing. Since it was my first time renting, I had no clue what I was doing, but she walked me through every step and even helped with things that weren't really her job. At first, I was a bit unsure because Alexanders isn't one of the "big" agencies, but after meeting Joanna, that completely changed. She gave me all the support I needed, and what I loved most is that she didn’t treat things too formally.
