We sold a property through Gibbs and Gillespie , Adam and Abraham was primarily selling our property . They were both really good, very easy to communicate with and get hold of and just generally nice people to work with through this process . I would highly recommend this branch.
Dealing with another estate agent at this present time and trying to buy a property there is a significance difference in how Gibbs are much more efficient and communicative.

She was very helpful and informative from the moment I met her at the viewing right to the end she got back to me with every concern that I had promptly. Always had a smile on her face and was extremely professional and personal felt like I had know her for years very easy to talk to…… the team that work alongside her were amazing too even though I had never met them the moment someone answered the telephone they knew exactly what step my rental was at and what I needed to do next….they were all in the loop of what was going on so if Oliwia was not available to talk to my concerns , questions about the rental property process were met straight away. Gabriel was amazing on the phone, set everything up for me quickly and efficiently, was incredibly friendly and kind and was just an incredible person who made this whole process so much easier! He even stayed on the phone with me when I needed help with the admin of the whole moving process.
Antonio, who showed us the house was also absolutely incredible! He fit me in for a viewing on extremely short notice, helped me through all of the paperwork was friendly, kind and made the time to answer my 1000 questions quickly and efficiently.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of a viewing being led by Nikita Gusca. The whole experience was very pleasant and Nikita was always there to answer any questions or concerns. The service they provided was 10/10. The team assigned to our purchase (Sam, Abraham and Irene) were all extremely helpful, patient and understanding throughout the entire process.
There were multiple hurdles regarding our purchase and they were pivotal in overcoming them. Very easy to contact with fast response times to both emails and phone calls. They were down to earth in answering all my questions and addressing any issues I was facing with conveyancers and/or lenders.
The team was also very considerate of calls during working time - going above and beyond on multiple occasions to schedule calls around my working hours.

Abraham Oommen and his colleagues, Edyta Pruszynska and Sam Collins at the Northfields branch of Gibbs Gillespie, have been nothing but amazing at supporting us through selling our family home and purchasing our next family home. From the first point of contact they were transparent, communicative and helpful.
We did suffer from a slightly drawn out exchange process (owing to solicitors) but Abraham worked tirelessly to keep lines of communications open and helping co-ordinate to finalise exchange.
As relatively inexperienced operators in house buying and selling it was reassuring to have Abraham and his team a call/email away to discuss anything from pricing strategies and home buyer surveys to small details around fixtures and fittings.

If you are selling with them beware. As Soon as a house came on the market, we called then many times they didn’t pick up. Popped to their office, they got really annoyed and said they are in a meeting and didn’t want to help. After insisting we talk to them about the property they finally took our details and said they would call us. Followed up and got told off for following up. Eventually they book an appointment after 2 weeks saying they have access issue to the property. 2 days before the viewing they call to cancel the viewing saying they showed it to 27 people and already got 3 cash offers. Questioned how that was possible since we were told access issues and was told “oh well”. Avoid.

The team at Gibbs Gillespie Northfields lettings are extremely professional and friendly, I interacted with Gabrielle, Antonio, Inna and Marc and would highly recommend them as your partners in finding good tenants. The whole experience was smooth, they listened to my needs as the landlady and responded with speed and efficiency in finding lovely tenants for my property at the right letting price, which was of great importance for me. They are also super organized and offer help and advice with all the admin related to the letting of the property. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been dealing with Sahil Arora and he has been nothing but fantastic. He is polite, efficient and has been brilliant ever since he was appointed to us when we moved from another lettings agency. Sahil has had to fix many of their mistakes and has had to deal with a lot of extra work but he has handled everything with grace, speed and all with a great attitude.
