If you are a first time buyer, stay away. Rude agents (we met with Hulya) who made us wait 10 mins after our allotted time to see the flat, over booked the showing so rushed us out and even told us that we shouldn’t even make an offer (even when you show interest in a bid). We saw a house and suggested we could meet the asking price, and were quickly told don’t bother unless you offer way above asking (the listing said nothing of offers in excess off!). Was extremely rude and condescending throughout the viewing and my partner and I were left shocked at the service.
Lastly, good luck trying to even get a viewing, calls/emails ignored unless you chase and chase. Worst agents in the Ealing/northfields area.

Just had my onboarding process completed by Anais Ohanian. The process happened quickly. Anais supported by providing clear understanding of the steps, followed by call to check for understanding. We also got to meet the team involved at the property so we could connect. Then it was handed over to next team in the process.

We sold our family home in Northfields and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Dean came out and valued our property, talked us through the market and advised on pricing and marketing strategy - all of which proved to be spot on.
We ultimately achieved multiple viewings and offers, with the property selling for above the asking price within 10 days of coming to market.
Before the property went on sale, 4 members of the team came to do a detailed walk through, so that they could all talk knowledgeably about the property to potential buyers.
Hulya managed our sale and was superb - always on hand and on top of what was going on. We had a reasonably long period to completion, as our onward move was delayed, and Hulya managed the interactions with the buyer clearly and transparently to ensure there were no issues.
I couldn’t recommend Sargeants more highly. If you’re looking for an Estate Agent in Ealing, look no further - a great, professional and friendly team.

Had a property viewing booked well in advance for today at 2.30 with Hulya Baillie. I was running 5 minutes late and informed the agency. They said it was fine and she will wait. Arrived there and waited 25 minutes, no one showed up. Called the office and they just kept saying to wait and that they couldn't get through to the team who does the viewings. No one ever showed. Wasted my time completely and I travelled half an hour to get here and paid a bus journey. I am a hard working teacher who doesn't get free time easily so this was very frustrating. Will not be dealing with this unprofessional agency again.

Their team was very friendly, approachable and professional from finding a suitable rental property to helping me sign an ideal tenancy agreement. Particularly, Raul Neves was very helpful and always available to answer my questions. Beyond his expertise, he was kind making the renting process very smooth. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch estate agent in London.

Throughout the entire process from start to signing my contract, Raul Neves has been of amazing help.
He arrived on time for the viewing, would constantly communicate, keep me up to date on when my contract would come and explained things clearly. His whole approach was seamless and very professional.

Sargeants were recommended to me. I spoke to Gary Lowden in my home before awarding them the job of managing the rental. I found him to be calm and businesslike and particularly appreciated the lack of pushy hard sell. I was left to get on with various repairs without being pestered.

We had great experience with Sargeants in Northfileds. Our offer on a house was accepted in early September and although we ended up being in a chain of 7 properties, we exchanged contracts in mid December. This was all thanks to Hayley, the estate agent who was dealing with our purchase. She was very kind, active and helpful. She was communicating with the chain at all levels, updating us on the status regularly and in general, keeping the whole process moving fast and information flowing up and down the chain. Thank you Hayley for the great job!
