Following Dean’s valuation visit to our flat, we knew Sargeants were a good fit for us. Not only because of the professional attitude and successful track record but because there was a personal touch and an understanding of our family circumstances.
This continued when we met the rest of sales team on a home visit and we were delighted that Hulya was our point of contact. Our flat sold promptly and for the top end of our valuation.
Hulya also worked hard to find us the right property to purchase. Hulya was attentive to our wish list and ‘got us’ right away. She supported us brilliantly with our successful offer. With both our sale and purchase, Hulya always answered the phone, was proactive when needed and had a positive attitude.
We highly recommend Sargeants.

I am not the sort of person who often leaves reviews, but I felt compelled in this instance, because the staff at Sargeants were so, so good.
I had a few valuations with local estate agents when selling my property in Ealing, including big regional/national chains, and then Dean Sargeant (of the "Sargeant's" name) came over to assess the property himself.
Right from the beginning he was all over the details, had a great deal of information about the area (where he has lived for many years) including schools, local values, sold prices, market trends etc... He showed us the industry portal on RightMove that the public can't see that shows agents who reduce prices after a few months, how long agents have had properties on the market for, if valuations are correct and a whole host of other info. Sargeants came out on top in all of them (I guess that's why nobody else showed me!)
Not only in terms of the obvious professional sales acumen, but personally Dean (and Sargeants) left all the other agents in their dust. I decided to give them the property to sell.
It was obviously a good choice, there were 10 viewings in a week or so and it was sold STC after just 10 days.
When they took the property on, the day-to-day in the office was down to Hulya.
Hulya, I can only describe as A GIFT
She pushed buyers when needed, she always, ALWAYS answered the phone, she was courteous and professional at all times, and when things got tricky in a the chain she was the one who mopped things up, chased solicitors, other agents, put up with our nervous and frustrated calls, hustled buyers, et al.
If there are estate agent awards in 2024/2025, there's little point announcing any nominees, Hulya will sweep the board.
I am struggling to think of anything negative to say about them - because there isn't anything.

She then spent time understanding our story and what we needed to happen. When we were then faced with the end challenges of Solicitors, Hulya worked tirelessly with us to make it happen. She was dedicated and committed and followed through on any queries or requirements you had. I even had one on one conversations at the office and was treated with empathy, and support. She guided us through each of the stages and was very dedicated and diligent in her work ethic. If you are a first time buyer, stay away. Rude agents (we met with Hulya) who made us wait 10 mins after our allotted time to see the flat, over booked the showing so rushed us out and even told us that we shouldn’t even make an offer (even when you show interest in a bid). We saw a house and suggested we could meet the asking price, and were quickly told don’t bother unless you offer way above asking (the listing said nothing of offers in excess off!). Was extremely rude and condescending throughout the viewing and my partner and I were left shocked at the service.
Lastly, good luck trying to even get a viewing, calls/emails ignored unless you chase and chase. Worst agents in the Ealing/northfields area.

We sold our family home in Northfields and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Dean came out and valued our property, talked us through the market and advised on pricing and marketing strategy - all of which proved to be spot on.
We ultimately achieved multiple viewings and offers, with the property selling for above the asking price within 10 days of coming to market.
Before the property went on sale, 4 members of the team came to do a detailed walk through, so that they could all talk knowledgeably about the property to potential buyers.
Hulya managed our sale and was superb - always on hand and on top of what was going on. We had a reasonably long period to completion, as our onward move was delayed, and Hulya managed the interactions with the buyer clearly and transparently to ensure there were no issues.
I couldn’t recommend Sargeants more highly. If you’re looking for an Estate Agent in Ealing, look no further - a great, professional and friendly team.

Had a property viewing booked well in advance for today at 2.30 with Hulya Baillie. I was running 5 minutes late and informed the agency. They said it was fine and she will wait. Arrived there and waited 25 minutes, no one showed up. Called the office and they just kept saying to wait and that they couldn't get through to the team who does the viewings. No one ever showed. Wasted my time completely and I travelled half an hour to get here and paid a bus journey. I am a hard working teacher who doesn't get free time easily so this was very frustrating. Will not be dealing with this unprofessional agency again.

Our offer on a house was accepted in early September and although we ended up being in a chain of 7 properties, we exchanged contracts in mid December. Excellent service!! I have been renting a property through Sargeants London for over 3 years, and they always go above and beyond to make sure that their tenants are well looked after. Whenever a household appliance like a washing machine, fridge or oven needs repairing or replacing, or some repair is needed in the property, the job always gets done right away, which is great.

My main concern when choosing an agent to manage my properties was knowing I could trust they had an intimate understanding of the area where the properties are – and this meant a company that was not too corporate and one where staff are knowledeable – these qualities come with experience and empathy.
I find Sargeants fits the bill, my primary reason for moving from a company that had grown exponentially over 20 years (to the point where staff did not know their landlords) was to have that more bespoke element with the Lettings team again – who are after all managing our largest assets. This can of course also be said of selling or buying a property.
I have not regretted one moment moving to Sargeants. They deliver quality advice due to their specialist knowledge of the area, the staff are responsive, it's always a pleaseure to develop the next point of marketing with them and I can trust them to remind me to stay compliant with the ever increasing government changes in the Private Rented Sector.
When I come to the point of selling I would not hesitate in instructing Sargeants.

I’ve dealt with Raul for over 2 months now (myself and my partner were very fussy and knew what we wanted).
I’ve dealt with over 10 letting agents in the last 2 months and none even come close to the service Raul provided us.
First of all, he is the only letting agent that I’ve dealt with who showed up to scheduled viewings early. (The rest I’ve dealt with were all late by 10 minutes minimum).
His professionalism is very evident and he even gave me his personal number to message him with any queries we had etc - a really nice touch, and shows his dedication to his clients.
We get the keys to our dream apartment tomorrow at long last, and we can only thank Raul for this.

The agent congratulated and promised to send the agreement by the end of the week. Despite me asking how the agency would handle this very sensitive information (sending it to the landlord via mail?) I didn't receive any explanation. The agent kept saying that it was just to know the tenants a bit better. We agreed to send 6 months bank statements, even if we found it very unfair, just because we both already handed our leave notice to the current landlords. The next Monday we discovered that the landlord (?) was not happy with us and wouldn't proceed with the agreement. We went from being ok for renting to be unsuitable 4 days before to move in. Luckly we have very good landlords and they accepted our notice leave withdrawal otherwise we would be homeless by now thanks to the agency! Traumatic experience, awful treatment.

Rented through Sargeants for nearly 2 years, a property managed by them. I was kept in the dark about the landlord being a partner of the agency. When problems appear, the agency solve no problems. The agency's employee who manages the property has to deal with the owner who is also her boss, so in most cases nothing she can do. Not answers to phone calls, no answers to emails... and the rare occasion i managed to talk with them, many apologies and good words, but no solutions. Landlord (and partner at the agency) decides to sell the property. Offers an incentive to leave the property but then don't commit to it once we are out. The other partner (name partner) cleaned his hands saying "it has nothing to be with him" (even though he delivered the agreement himself). Not professionals at all.
Update: After take things legally through Small Claims Court, they paid straight away as they knew they were liable. Again, unprofessionals

Rented through Sargeants for nearly 2 years, a property managed by them. I was kept in the dark about the landlord being a partner of the agency. When problems appear, the agency solve no problems. The agency's employee who manages the property has to deal with the owner who is also her boss, so in most cases nothing she can do. Not answers to phone calls, no answers to emails... and the rare occasion i managed to talk with them, many apologies and good words, but no solutions. Landlord (and partner at the agency) decides to sell the property. Offers an incentive to leave the property but then don't commit to it once we are out. The other partner (name partner) cleaned his hands saying "it has nothing to be with him" (even though he delivered the agreement himself). Not professionals at all.

This company let my daughter and her partner live in a flat with damp on the bedroom wall for months. They blamed workmen, the landlord everyone except themselves for not attending to it in a timely manner.. Eventually, when the wall was treated it was then left unpainted for weeks and was unsightly. My daughter 's partner offered to paint the wall himself as it was taking so long!!! He painted it and they paid him. Following criminal damage to the property the bedroom window was left for weeks without being repair again all they offered was excuses. After a nightmare tenancy Sargeants held her to the lease to the bitter end and made no concessions whatsoever claiming that it was the landlady and not them !!! They are a joke.

This company let my daughter and her partner live in a flat with damp for months. Her boyfriend offered to paint the wall they finally re-plastered it because it was taking them so long. They were left with a broken window for months and all requests were ignored. NOW 18 months later they are trying to withhold their deposit on spurious claims that the flat needs a profession clean - 4 people cleaned it top to bottom! They are making extortionate deductions - £10 for a battery, £10 for a plastic ice tray! They are absolute money grabbers and shameless.
