Leighton took a one week free trial of our service, then avoided contact with us. We continued to give him the benefit of the doubt and assumed he was very happy with our service as he continued to field all of his business calls through us for 3 whole months....but then refused to pay his £769.20 bill. Watch this guy - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!! I should have cut his account sooner, but I've been in business for 17 years and have always run my business based on trust. I've had a few occasions where we have viewed houses with these guys but the last time we wanted a valuation. Unfortunately one of the team couldn't make the evaluation due to potentially contracting COVID. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the fact that I was offered a valuation over the phone. I really don't understand how a valuation can be done over the phone when they haven't seen the house and the changes we made. I don't find this very professional.... Read more
