Recently exchanged on the purchase of my first house in Neath. Kelly was absolutely amazing at chasing up other parties in the chain who were delaying things, and I couldn't have asked for more from her. Lauren was always really personable and friendly when we met her at the property, and Ashley was really knowledgeable and helpful when he covered for Kelly during her time off. We were really impressed by our interactions with them all.

Peter Alan are hands down the best estate agency I have dealt with - and I should know, after 8 weeks of searching for the right property! I approached them with low expectation at first, after so many disappointing customer experiences with other agencies but they treated me like a person, not a credit score number. Catherine Wood was superb in handling our application - very helpful and accommodating from the first viewing right through to moving day. Very pleased with the whole service. Highly recommend.

Peter Alan helped me get my house let really quickly. Cath and David's professional advice was invaluable. From informing me of all the legal requirements such as registering myself and the house with rent smart wales to organising the gas safety certificate and advising on landlord insurance considerations. They built a great relationship with my new tenant and helped iron out any misconceptions that occurred on both sides sensitively and professionally. I would definitely recommend their services.

Absolutely awful estate agents - they're brilliant when first arranging the letting but do absolutely nothing after that & will let the landlords get away with murder. We had so many serious repairs that needed to be done everytime we rang to complain that nothing was being done we always got the same answer 'nothing we can do' they can only pass messages and thier job ends there. We have now left the property and they are letting it out again within 2 days of us leaving claiming that it is newly refurbished even though we were there 2 years using the original pictures from before we moved in. None of the repair issues have still been addressed & the garden is completely unsafe. I feel sorry for the next person they fob this place off onto
