Welvan have been very supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. They have had the time to talk when needed. The whole process from start to finish has been brilliant. They have always been completely professional and approachable at the same time. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. It’s been completely hassle free.

Appalling customer service, staff are rude and unprofessional. Company does not adhere to its own policies and fails to adhere to contracts. I would not recommend any landlord use Welvan to let their property.

We have sold properties in the past with welvan and our little bungalow being the latest. from the very beginning all the way to the end of the sale was very professional,the staff are lovely always happy to help no matter how many times a day I would phone them , my son as also rented with them and he was given the same porfesonl service , that's why we have used them to sell/buy our properties honestly I can't thank them enough all there is left to say outstanding service

Good at getting viewings but forgot who the customer was afterwards. Seemed to be working more for the buyer than us. We weren’t very impressed. They contacted us frequently with questions from the buyer which should have been directed to our solicitor. Phoned midday one day saying buyer wanted to complete that day and we had to remove everything from the house! Our solicitor had heard nothing from buyer’s solicitor. We were waiting for them! It caused a lot of stress.
