Allday and Miller worked hard to sell my property, sadly i put it on just before Christmas and having got 3 valuations agreed to a price. Again this sadly was found to be overpriced and i dropped the price to a more acceptable price. Jordan and Jake worked very hard to get my property sold however it appeared that downstairs bathrooms did not suit the buyers and i again lowered the asking price. Initially, we were hesitant about putting our house up for sale, as no agent could convince us, until we met Umar during a viewing for a new home. Umar’s persuasive approach won us over, and we ended up arranging a meeting with Jordan. From there, we decided to sell through Allday Millar, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Although there were delays in the sale process due to legalities, Jordan and Umar were incredibly supportive throughout.
