A first class service from Allday & Miller Hayes. They came recommended (highly) to me from another company and I too can only recommend them highly. In my dealings with Conor McGee, I found him incredibly knowledgeable, personable and professional. His reporting and advice is thoughtful and considered; I appreciated the comprehensiveness (which included evidence and samples). I loved the transparency of our discussions - being able to lay out my objectives and what I wanted to achieve - and Conor applying his expertise and putting together a strategy to (realistically) get me near to that. As a Landlord, finding an Agent with the skills-set that you can have confidence in, I think can be a hard find. I am very glad (and relieved) to have had such a good recommendation and to have met Conor McGee. For me, definitely a repeat business.

As first-time buyers, we expected professionalism and clear communication. Instead, dealing with Sophie made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. Every time we contacted her for updates, we were met with hostility and a condescending attitude with constant interruptions. Her behaviour was confrontational to the point that I eventually had to ask my aunt to call on my behalf because it became unbearable. There was an instance where my aunt spoke to another agent, they told her that they didn’t understand why Sophie behaved that way which shows her own colleagues could recognise her conduct.
We were often told Sophie was “busy” or “on leave,” yet when she did answer, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Simple update requests turned into unpleasant conversations, and every call felt like a waste of time. I regret not asking for a different agent sooner.
When we finally reached out to Jake, the manager, instead of addressing the issue, he became defensive. This is what’s most confusing — if Sophie’s own colleague could see the problem immediately, why couldn’t the manager? It raises serious concerns about how behaviour and complaints are handled within this agency.
The other agents we encountered were polite and professional. So if you do decide to work with this agency, ask for someone other than Sophie to avoid the experience we went through.
Based on our experience, under no circumstances would I work with this agency again and I would not recommend it to anyone. Not worth the hassle.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Allday & Miller. After completing all the necessary paperwork, filing every required document, paying legal fees, and successfully securing a mortgage, we were shocked to receive a sudden phone call telling us to start looking for new houses, with no explanation and no prior communication.
We were never informed of any issues along the way, and the lack of transparency and professionalism was deeply frustrating. It felt like everything was hidden from us until the very last minute. After all the time, effort, and money we invested, this was completely unacceptable.
A company operating this way, with such poor communication and disregard for its clients, cannot be trusted.
We do not recommend Allday & Miller to anyone!

Allday and Miller worked hard to sell my property, sadly i put it on just before Christmas and having got 3 valuations agreed to a price.
Again this sadly was found to be overpriced and i dropped the price to a more acceptable price.
Jordan and Jake worked very hard to get my property sold however it appeared that downstairs bathrooms did not suit the buyers and i again lowered the asking price.
Jake and Jordan continued to keep my property viewed by potential buyers and eventually found a buyer at an acceptable price.

I recently sold my house in Hayes through Allday Miller, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Jordan, Umar, Jake, and Sophie (Sophie-from the Uxbridge branch).
Initially, we were hesitant about putting our house up for sale, as no agent could convince us, until we met Umar during a viewing for a new home. Umar’s persuasive approach won us over, and we ended up arranging a meeting with Jordan. From there, we decided to sell through Allday Millar, and it was one of the best decisions we made.
Although there were delays in the sale process due to legalities, Jordan and Umar were incredibly supportive throughout. Sophie managed the sale completion process brilliantly, always responding to calls and emails promptly and keeping me updated during my visits to the office.

Certainly open to constructive feedback and ensure it gets addressed appropriately. I would like to give special recognition & praise to Jordan and his team where Umar ensured the viewings were managed in a timely, coordinated and professional manner. I did not have to worry about anything when Umar was conducting the viewings. I can't praise these guys enough.
Jordon and Jake from the Hayes End branch were amazing. They are both genuine guys who are very professional in every way. Their help and support over these past few months has been second to none.
They provided us with regular updates, feedback from potential buyers, and reassurance every step of the way.
I have recommended these guys to all my friends and family, who I can't praise enough.
They said they would sell my house, and they did.
Their personal and professional touch they both have is a credit to Allday & Miller, who themselves have a high standard and professional approach to their business (who I came in contact with at the branch on a dew occasions).
